My stay was quiet and comfortable, and the location was nice and close to the airport. My only complaint was how they handled an issue with their room key tech failing and I couldn’t access my room without a staff escort for most of the time I stayed. It’s not so much the inconvenience that bothered me, as it was the fact they didn’t check ID or anything to verify that it was indeed my room I was accessing. That told me anyone could have said they were in my room and they would have just let them right in! I locked the door at night, but it left me uneasy leaving my belongings in the room while I was out during the day.

It was amazing the staff at check in were super helpful and nice they have a breakfast menu the food was really good. There’s a pool table and a bar in the main lobby and the pool is right outside by the bar so convent. Room service was quick when we called for more towels

This hotel was wonderful. The pictures do it just. Staff were extremely friendly! Only downfall was no restaurant. They did however have a bar that served bar foods. I would definitely stay again. It’s very close to the airport for those of you that are catching a flight the next morning like we did.

Nice hotel. Fairly close to airport which was reason for stay. It is an aloft so it is minimalistic. Stayed here after we missed flight. They had toothpaste but no tooth brushes. Airport shuttle was nice to the airport. We waited so long for pickup we gave up and grabbed an Uber

This is a nice well maintained property with friendly staff and great ammenities. Perfect for Grapevine activities and even offers airport shuttle. Delicious coffee is a perk!

This property was was convenient and quiet. The modern loft style is compact and all of what you need for a quick stay. Will definitely recommend.

Hallways were dark, never been in a hotel with dark hallways kinda creepy to walk past doors and can’t see what is around the corner

Your time for shuttle should be 24 hours. It’s terribly inconvenient to guest staying to have to be in the 7 am to 11 pm time slot. When you have to arrive 2-3 hours before your flight. Staff could also be more helpful and polite.

The hotel had leaks all over the corridors and was told pool was not working due to "waiting on parts" but could clearly see all pumps etc were working!, only reason i picked this hotel was for the pool...total letdown

excellent hotel for the money very close to DFW. I was stranded in DFW due to a flight cancellation and this hotel was perfect to stay the night and work from the following day. Very cool vibe and super nice employees.

Dee was very rude the tv did not work in the room I called to inform them they said listened would come and never did they were rude bc and nasty to me . Also the water was not hot they where slamming doors
