Our non smoking room smelled of cigs and found nasty hair in our bathroom rags also the ice machine ran a loud sound non stop. It was scary and all they told me was to contact my 3rd party provider! Never again!

Staff very friendly, breakfast was a lot of variety hot and cold, which was impressive for being free! Definitely stay there again and would recommend

Me and my family were pleasantly surprised at how nice the room was when we arrived. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the shower had amazing water pressure. The ac was super cold just like we like it. The free breakfast was an added bonus. We will definitely stay here again.

Parking was limited and very nosey

The front end Clerk Charged me twice on my Card. They told me hopefully it will fall off.

When I went to check in and out the staff looked unprofessional. The suite had an unpleasant smell when you walked into it. Only had 2 towels and there was hairs in sink and tub in bathroom. The bed was comfortable. Would not recommend this location to friends or family.

Cockroaches in the closet

Very well maintained. Best hotel stay I've ever had. I recommend this place highly. Only issue bathroom vanity lights are not Bright enough and tub is slippery.

Comfortable place to stay in RH, SC

Very nice and reasonable room

There were homeless people camped out around the entrance and a shady motel next door. The ceiling light fixture in room was having from ceiling and the sheets were ripped up. Chose to stay here because of the good rating. Definitely not an excellent rated hotel.

The lobby was beautiful, sculptures everywhere, lighting was good. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfy. The pool was great too, it only goes from 3-5 feet which was great for my children who are beginner swimmers.

Great hotel for the price, especially for the 4th weekend. All the ladies at the desk were awesome. However, the only name i remember is Sara. The room was huge. Plenty of drawers and closet space. Microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Hotel smelled clean. Breakfast area was kept in good shape, even with the breakfast rush. I just wish the variety of food was a little better. The waffles were great, except when a guest cut bith makers off. Why, I have no clue. Especially when there was a line of people waiting. Every day we also had scrambled eggs, sausage patties and seasoned potatoes. Probably could have switched that up to maybe links or bacon. The grounds were in great condition. The pool was nice, especially on 100° days and kept very clean. The only issue i experienced was the ice maker on the 2nd and 3rd floor would make some God awful noises. Will definitely stay here again if back in the area. Thanks for a great stay.

Overnight stop on trip. Everything was great.

From the minute I walked in the door, I was extremely impressed with the facility. It was very neat and clean. The staff at the desk checked me quickly and explained where I could find everything for my stay. She was very helpful and fast in getting me into my room.

The hotel is pretty clean. We choose it because of location, near family. Breakfast is good.

Everything looked very clean and smelled clean. It was a very convenient location. The Beds and pillows were very comfortable and easy to fall asleep in. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast in the morning had a very nice selection of food and drinks. Get there early it gets very busy.

We enjoyed our stay, the room was very clean other than the beer can left under the chair. The bed could have been a little softer but we slept good so it wasnt terrible. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was exceptional. The room was lovely and very clean. It was nice to be able to help myself to some hot coffee on arrival. Breakfast room was clean and well stocked. Very nice place to stay!

Location great for Northport. Bed and shower perfect. Not enough lighting in the rooms, no half and half for coffee. Parking lot full of pot holes. Service lovely. Would stay there again

Great stay for the price. Convient for my visit

The room was recently remolded. Looked very nice and was big. Bed was so hard unfortunately. AC was loud all night. When we took a shower because there was no lip or slope the water ran all the way out of the bathroom to the front door.

Needs more parking

The room was nice. But the breakfast was inedible. Just horrible.
