Excellent property, very nice.
HOWEVER, the beds were awful. Checked out a day early, my back couldn’t take it anymore.
ALSO , VERY LIMITED PARKING. Secure parking is located in the basement of the building. 6’8” MAX height. NO OVERSIZED VEHICLES. Full size truck and trailer, had to park on the street.
Was unaware of this until we checked in.

It is super clean, and got everythings, such as printing rooms, water prufier, tons of dishes, pots, glasses, and microwave.
It is places near the union station, which is alsp great since I uses free mall bus to get to the colorado convention center to attend my conference.
Also, there is BIG supermarket near the union station.

Kasa UNion Station was a really nice building with clean and comfortable rooms. Great location! Easy access to restaurants, and LOTS of walking trails, the river park is directly across the street. We had our dog so it was really nice being that close to the park which had a dog section for them to run around. However the KAsa team gave us bad code to access the building and after waiting on hold for 45 minutes we finally got to talk with someone and we were able to get into the building. But when we got to our room that code did not work! We called back and had to wait another 35 minutes to get ahold of someone who tried to give us another code, did not work, tried to unlock it remotely and failed to do so. They finally moved us to another room which was a nice room. We were staying two nights. The next morning I received a text message saying that we were going to need to check out that morning. I called back and only had to wait 16 minutes this time and they had to change codes again but we were able to stay in the room. Kasa was extremely hard to get a hold of and not very accommodating for all the time I spent on hold sitting out in front of the building waiting to be let in and then again in the hallway. For that alone I do not think I would stay at another KASA location.

This is a perfectly located place to stay. As opposed to a hotel room you have a 2 bedroom apartment with two bathrooms. A well stocked kitchen and a balcony. Roomy and comfortable. Also a washer and dryer. Pet friendly and lots of fun and nice neighbors. Highly recommend.

I love staying here because of the location and size of the rooms. This last stay I got an interior room that had zero cell phone reception so I was missing calls/texts unless I went by a window. Extremely frustrating.

First time staying at a Kasa property. Their communication about checkin, parking and checkout is excellent. The location to downtown Denver and all the sporting venues is excellent. The one bedroom unit was great and the pool area was a bonus. Will return to stay here again.

Love full apartment. Location is fantastic. Take the train to and from Airport. Union station 10 minute walk. Coors Field 15 minute walk. Whole Foods and dining options 10 minutes.

Loved the space but not as quiet as I’d hoped. Basic “noise” - could hear people talking in hallway as well as the shower above. Lots of leaf blowing Tuesday morning but I get it. It’s a residence and there is work to do.

We had a great stay. Gave 4 instead of 5 stars for a few small things.
1. The water filter on the fridge needed changed
2. The pool deck could have used a pressure wash
3. Late check out will run you $25 to $61
4. No broom which is a bummer for long stays
That said, the unit was well located, great access to public transportation, Whole Foods, and countless restaurants. Text communication was always prompt and pleasant. The unit was clean and well appointed. Was able to cook at least 1 meal daily. Definitely recommend.

Everything about the Kasa Union Station unit I stayed in was phenomenal. The space was quiet, clean, comfortable, spacious, in a phenomenal location, and a great space for 2-4 guests. I cannot recommend this place enough! Kasa was extremely communicative and made the stay easy. The parking was a great perk, too.

The apartment was beautiful and very clean. Location is great. A park is across the street from the building. Within walking distance of Union Station, shops, restaurants. The only issues I had were that there is no place for luggage storage while you are waiting for your room to be ready (we arrived early in the day) and that it is a virtual front desk hotel…although checking in and checking out was simple, I miss the human interaction.

While traveling for personal reasons, we both needed to work - having a full apartment (multiple rooms) made it so much easier than staying in a hotel. The neighborhood was amazing as well - very walkable with restaurants, stores, park and quick/easy access to public transportation and main interstate. Kasa’s communication was timely, detailed and beyond helpful. Checking in at 1 a.m. was no problem! We also had a rental car - the on-site, secure parking provided was perfect!

There is not any staff onsite. They only gave us towels and washcloths for 1 night. They were also dingy and musty. The sofa was dirty. There is a pool but we did not receive pool towels. Would have been better to stay at a hotel.
