The Hotel was very clean and fresh looking. we liked how they have signs up stating tgeir quite times. When we stayed it was fully booked but yet after 10 pm it was quite. really nice. The rooms were nice and spacious. We did not really like the breakfast. there was not much to choose from except eggs and sausage or pancakes. they did have yogurt, cereal, and fruit. but they were out of milk when we were looking. The parking lot was great and there were 3 elevators so really nice not having to wait for an elevator.

It was kind of just ok. Shares a pool with the Hampton, which it’s connected to. I was unaware of that. A little disappointing as 2 hotels share 1 pool. Room was clean and had lots of storage areas. Staff was super nice!!

We try to stay in TRU hotels when travelling because we love them. This one did not disappoint, although this room was smaller than any of the others we have stayed at. Hotel was great.

The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, leaving everyone to evacuate around 11:30pm, the fire department took 20 minutes to respond due to not being called right away, the fire alarm was in the conjoined hotel (apparently someone was smoking in their room) the front desk lady turned the fire alarm off herself before the fire department cleared the fire. Our hotel front desk was giving attitude to people about going back to their room prior to it being all cleared by fire department and at one point the guy was walking through the crowd waving his arms up and down saying “I don’t even know what is going on”.
Other than that, my room floors were filthy and sticky which is very inconvenient with a baby who crawls around. The beds are decent comfy and the location is pretty central and easy to get in and out of.

We were disappointed with how SMALL the rooms are- hard to store all our stuff.there are no closets.No hot tub! We were so bummed.We didn’t get room cleaning done we had to go call for new towels and TP ( we were there for three nights) this hotel is combined with the Hampton inn- so the pool is shared.
I’m sorry to say we would not go to this hotel again.

We enjoy the simplicity of the Tru hotel property along with the cleanliness. We were surprised to have our room reset the second day of our stay since it seems that doesn’t always happen now so we were happy to have that happen. Very clean property as well!

The bathroom was dirty and there was a huge clump of long black hair stuck in the drain. Fire alarm went of in the middle of the night and none of us were able to go back to sleep. The hot breakfast items were out of order. It was overall disappointing

We stayed at this hotel with our dog and found it to be very clean and enjoyable. Breakfast was a highlight for our boys every morning. The staff are incredibly kind. The pool and workout room were used daily by our family. We made a lot of wonderful memories in this hotel.
My only negative to report is that you can hear people in the room above you when they walk around. It was challenging to fall asleep if they were up beyond 10 pm.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

yes, we ordered a room with two queen beds for three adults. We arrived about 2:20 AM and had called him twice to say we are coming save our room and they had a credit card and we had a king size bed in a room that was so small you could hardly move around no closet it was awful and they said it was hotel.com‘s fault.
However, did get a beautiful apology from the management and four bottles of water. I would never book through hotels.com again.
