The room was clean. I found the room to be smaller compared to other hotels.

This small, bijou hotel is very well situated for exploring the old city as it is just off the very busy ring road, 5 minuted walk from the Thapae Gate. Unfortunately it is not the most tranquil of locations due to traffic noise and a very busy motorcycle repair place directly opposite. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. Breakfast is basic with limited choice and quality but the availability of fresh coffee all day long is a nice touch. The small swimming pool at the front of the hotel is spotlessly clean and welcome after a days sightseeing, and other nice touches, such as the Netflix movie nights give the place a unique and homely feel. All in all, good value for money, ideal for single travellers or couples.

New hotel with the worst internet I have ever experienced. It crashed out often and when it did work my speed checker hardly registered. The staff are great. Breakfast sound. Very little to absorb noise of people outside so being in a room by the stairs was not idea and got woken several times

Great position for walking to different markets, meal options nearby. Clean and tidy. Reception staff polite but not as helpful with information on catching taxis etc. Breakfast has options but quite limited but still good value.

We really liked our stay at Sleep Mai. Modern facilities and conveniently located. Thank you also to the staff for their kindness in accommodating us. We had an early tour booked for 6.30am which is when breakfast starts, but they opened the breakfast early for us.

I loved the home-y feel to the hotel. It's a great place to meet others if you are traveling solo. You can even watch movies in the lobby every night, just ask the staff.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Would definitely recommend it to others. A few minutes walk to the famous Thapae Gate, where they have the Sunday walking street night market. Close to McDonalds for the kids who still miss fast food from back home or refuse to eat local foods. Night bazaar is also just a few minutes drive away by tuk tuk.

Hotel itself is edging on hostel but nicer than the very budget spots! Would recommend if you aren’t fussy and looking for something simple. Noise wasn’t a major concern.

This hotel was outstanding! The staff was incredibly friendly, the food was incredible, and they were beyond kind and accommodating. The room was very clean and the pool and pool area was very clean. Really great little hotel in a fantastic location for both the old city and night bazaar. The rooms are great, aircon fab, great hot shower (not to be taken for granted in Thai hotels!) whole place is spotlessly clean and staff are super friendly and helpful. Cute little pool and cold beer on draught in the lovely cool lobby. Would definitely return.

Sleep Mai is a Very Nice place to stay. We were there for 7 days. My girlfriend says the pillows are not comfortable. The property is within walking distance to the Sunday Night Market. The breakfast needs to be changed.

I really like the bathroom in my room. It's clean and the shower door doesn't leak.
The only thing that the room is missing is closet space and table space. There were no space to hang the hangers and wet towels. They should install a few more hooks or a closet rod for the hangers.
Also, having a wall mounted table below the TV would be nice.

I was extending to stay a little longer in Chiangmai so I stay here again. I love this hotel not only the location where I can go everywhere in Chiangmai also the people who work here. They are so friendly and willing to help you everything like book grab car, some tour for me. Bond and Tip are awesome. They are always putting their smile when see me. The room is ao clean and up to day i stay. I definitely recommend this hotel when you stay in Chiangmai.
