We tried to check in early, but the room wasn't ready. Once we got to the room we found it spacious, but unfortunately it was so loud. Sounds seemed to carry and we heard every noise above us and in the hallway. The breakfast was mediocre and the seating it the lobby was not enough to hold everyone. They ran out of a lot of the food items, despite someone trying to keep it filled. There was a hair in my oatmeal, which was gross.

Our room was big and clean. It’s nice to have a full kitchen. Also enjoy the sitting area so you don’t have to sit on beds. Breakfast items are just ok.

Nice place to stay, newer and in good condition. Italian restaurant right across parking lot. Breakfast decent, coffee hot and great. Only complaint is someone on 1st floor was smoking marijuana, and I hate it. Inconsiderate people.

Staff was excellent, Elizabeth the manager made the whole check-in experience perfect. She answered all questions with a smile. Great!

The only reason I am giving this hotel a 4 star review is because a homeless person was allowed in this morning to get 4 coffees. I paid $200 to stay here and would like to feel safer.

Imagine you get to your hotel, tired and ready to rest, and the elevators are not working properly so you have to wait for the one that's still kinda functioning along with everyone else waiting in a limited space. When you finally get on the one elevator working, it takes you to the wrong floor and keeps skipping the floor your need. Then, eventually, you get to your room and it's extremely hot and then you have to wait for what it seems forever for it to cool down. They are trying to be efficient so the part of lights don't work unless you stick your room key in an insert. You try to sleep but it's noisy and the walls are thin. You wake up early and you look forward to breakfast only to find out it's very limited and very crowded already at 7:30am. The food from the selection is gross to say the least so you grab the edible slices of bread. The staff seems unhappy to be there so of course they are unfriendly and inconsiderate.

The room was larg, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and polite as well as knowledgeable. They even told us the restaurant in the parking lot was good when we asked. They were right. Delicious!!!

Our expectations of this hotel were high. We arrived 2 hours after regular check in time but our room was not ready. No reason given. When we asked how long it will take, we were told just to wait. Yes, we were very frustrated. Other wise, the hotel was very clean, room spacious.

Our stay at this hotel was awesome! The room was huge, fully furnished with Refrigerator, sink, and dishwasher, it also had a pullout sofa bed. The hotel was immaculately clean, I would highly recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Also, the staff was very kind and courteous.

There was tossed trash outside the entrance when we arrived; cigarette butts in the pool- got in half way and got out right away- an employee scooped them out as we told him about it- kids were swimming in the pool 10 am. We couldn’t check in early— maid service behind- got in at 3:20pm. Employees were courteous.

Property was exactly what we needed for an overnight stay with the kids and dogs. Room was big and clean and pool was enough to hangout. It is not the most amazing place but it is newer with plenty of amenities for an overnight stay!
