This is a little gem a lovely and friendly hotel arrived early and the staff sorted all the check in and stored all the cases. We then when in Paris and reserved a WhatsApp when the room was ready. Email instructions for getting in the main door (was pretty late getting back) receptionist sorted everything out bags in the room all ready. Great roof top area to view the Eiffel Tower at night(with some fizz).

Very central location in Paris and very close to the Eiffel Tower. Some great restaurants and supermarket nearby.
The room is quite large but expensive for the level of amenities and quality of hotel eg no one at the desk when I checked in and no access to the hotel or 11am.

The hotel overall was very nice. The room got a little warm at night but I didn't realize they had cut off all the air-conditioning to the building because of the time of year. We finally did open the window, and it was pleasant. The rooftop was a little disappointing and not what I envisioned after seeing the hotel pictures. I hotel was very close to the Eifel Tower and the front desk people were great to work with.

The reception doesn't work. Only one person, who has a lot of other tasks than being a receptionist. Which means that the reception is at times fully unstaffed. Therefore I had to wait to get into the hotel, and I had to wait to retrieve luggage while taxi waiting outside. I'm not coming back before they fix this problem. Not acceptable.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The facilities were in excellent condition and the cleanliness was top-notch. The breakfast in bed was a wonderful surprise and tasted delicious. We were particularly impressed by the exceptional kindness of all the ladies at the front desk. We couldn't be happier with our experience!

We loved staying here! The location was close to a lot of great areas, as well as a metro stop. Breakfast was brought to our room each morning. I would absolutely stay here again.

This hotel is ideally located and all the staff were very friendly and accommodating. When I arrived Aminata's friendly face greeted me and she was always cheerful! Charlotte was also great! When I needed water she quickly brought it to me as well as my breakfast when I overslept! I highly recommend this hotel. There were only 2 things that were issues, the strip in the shower door kept falling down and the one USB didn't work.

We paid for an upgraded room with Eiffel Tower view. The balcony is so tiny, 2 people can’t sit out there comfortably for breakfast so don’t bother booking that for more $$. The king bed was 2 twin beds shoved together, there was no top sheet on the bed under the duvet cover. The towels were of low quality - scratchy.
There was almost no lighting and the only mirror was in the washroom where the lighting was the worst - not ideal for women getting ready.
It was in a great location, we walked everywhere. The staff was kind and our room was ready early. Overall we made it work, but probably wouldn’t rush back based on the price we paid.

We had a lovely 2 night stay at Rayz Eiffel. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby and the metro is also close. The staff were friendly and responsive. Our room had a partial view of the tower but the rooftop had an amazing view. We had drinks there, met some interesting people from around the world and enjoyed the view together.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Being able to wake up to the Eiffel tower and fall asleep watching it sparkle were priceless. We had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Centrally located blocks from the Eiffel Tower and near restaurants/bars with the metro down the block. The room itself was cozy and very “Paris” with small balcony to over look the street and modern finishes and appliances. The staff were friendly on check in and even showed us how to activate the lights in the room . Only problem was our shower drain backed up after 2 min in it

Amazing little hotel in the 7th. Walking distance to Invalides & the Eiffel Tower, or a short walk to the Ecole Militaire metro stop. We loved it! The room was small but comfortable. There was enough room for a king sized bed, small table & chairs, and a wet bar area with fridge, sink & cooktop. (Not expecting that!) The staff were incredible! So nice & spoke English well. But the piece de resistance was the rooftop ‘garden’ with a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. Stay here!!!

This was the perfect spot to the end of our trip to France. We stayed in a 6th floor room, with a perfect view of the Eiffel Tower. The view from the rooftop did not disappoint. This is a great spot to stay if you want to be close to this monument, but also has easy access to the Metro station/bus. Would highly recommend for any traveler.

This hotel was charming! We only stayed one night but when we come back we will stay there again! it was so clue and so beautiful. Customer service was excellent and has a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower from the rooftop!

This property was amazing. The rooms are clean and spacious. The view from the roof top terrace is superb, as you see the Eiffel Tower clear as day light.
