Very clean comfortable rooms, just in a bad part of town. Woukd stay here again.

The room was clean. Breakfast was good, had some good options, like the waffles. We came for the State B volleyball tournament. Stay was good.

Most of the surfaces were dirty. Bedding had blood stains. I brought the bedding to the front desk to be replaced and mentioned the cleanliness of the room. No offer to change rooms or discount the room.

Just pray that you don't get a room around the pool area. Their POOL CLOSING TIME is 11pm. Good luck if you want to go to bed or have a peaceful evening before that time.

The motel was great! No issues with anything and staff were very accommodating. The only negative were all the homeless people on the bocks nearby.

Sonya the GM was so kind and helpful. I left a pair of glasses in the room when we left and got a call letting me know. We came back to pick up the glasses, she brought them out to the car. What a sweetheart! Above and beyond! Will stay here again! Thanks Sonya!!!

We were allowed to check-in early which was super helpful as we would have been in a time crunch otherwise. Staff was so friendly and helpful, offering assistance wherever needed. The room was cool when we entered, which was an incredible relief after 35°C heat. There were many options for breakfast and it was so convenient for us as we left to continue our roadtrip - and very delicious as well. Everything was fantastic and we will definitely be returning! Thank you, Hotel Y staff for your incredible accommodation!!

Overall this was a great place to visit. If in town again I may stay again. I just wish the pool hours were longer if not 24 hrs especially during the summertime. Otherwise the lady that checked us in was super helpful and very friendly. We stayed 9/7 so the lady that was there about 430PM. Thanks again!

A block south was San Francisco, drugs, prostitution, zombies, homelessness. Room was clean but had a lot of shower/fruit flies I probably killed 30

My fiancee and I stayed here during our trip and it was very clean and a very good stay. The room was comfortable and clean the AC worked really well. There was a bathtub which is a huge plus because a lot of hotels have switched to showers only. The breakfast had quite a few options and overall was good. It has a pool that was clean and a good size. We absolutely would stay here it was a great price!

This property is a hidden gem! What a pleasant surprise! VERY nice, updated property. Comfortable beds. Clean and modern. Even a Keurig coffee pot in our room. Breakfast had many nice options including biscuits & gravy and breakfast sandwiches. Staff was great. Right off the freeway so very convenient. The only real down side is the neighborhood which is a bit run down. Will definately stay here again when visiting Yakima
