The mattress in our room was really saggy on one side, and the mattress in the pull out couch needs to be replaced as well. Love the set up of the room.

Marriott Residence Inn South Lake Washington is a new hotel. Very reasonable rates. King Suite was great. All staff members friendly and accommodating. Complimentary breakfast was good.

In town to see family and location very easy to get in/out of. Hotel CLEAN- everywhere. Lobby, elevator, hallways. Clean clean clean.

Checked in early on the app only to be told in person the room wasn't ready. They weren't ready until *AFTER* check in time. I was told to wait in the lobby instead of offering to check my luggage and after being told they would be late in getting the room ready (for a holiday weekend) I noted that and asked if there was anything they could do to make up for their lateness. I was told they would call me (they never did) and when the staff changed and I could check in (went up on my own after seeing a line) I saw a post it note with my name saying I was upset.
The bar is not much of a one. Mixed drinks tasted funny and the host forgot to give us back our credit card.

Hotel was very nice, a very friendly staff. Upfront with what they could do and not do. Area is half a mile from park and beach. Great location. Never received the room cleaning as promised ( every other day).

The hotel is located in a scenic locale by the lake with trails to walk through. The building is well kept and maintained. Free breakfast is very nice to have. Only thing is I wish there was body lotion in the bathroom (forgot to bring my own).

The reason for the poor rating is that I reserved a room back in June and our vacation was in August and they did not have the room that I reserved. They actually gave me a different room and made no effort to correct or accommodate us.

Overall this was a very nice place to stay - but - when we first checked in we were given a room with a malfunctioning industrial air-conditioner in the middle of the floor hooked up to a large flexible duct through hole in the wall. The room was warm and humid. Granted they quickly gave us a reasonable room after I complained but I mean, really? I'm docking them a star for that. Also the bar is OK but only open 5-10 weekdays except they also close Friday. Other than that the place was great, the included breakfasts were very good. We didn't use it, but the kitchen in the room was very nice, it would have been easy to have an extended stay here.

The staff at this hotel are absolutely amazing! The great you with a smile and made sure I had everything I needed. The room was very clean and so comfortable! We had a one king bed suite with a kitchen and it was very spacious. There are alot of mirrors for getting ready as well! I would recommend staying at this hotel and would definitely be staying here again the next time I am in Seattle

Was a last minute booking, very comfortable and clean, room was big and well furnished. Only comment was sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable but again, it’s a sofa bed. Overall really nice!

Kitchen garbage wasn't emptied when we arrived and checked in. We put the garbage outside and let the front desk know. Ac worked but room still felt a little bit warm for me. I'm going through menopause so might just be me. Bed was ok and comfortable but not the best we've had. We were I town for the Kenny Chesney concert and got back to the hotel room around 3 am. Served its purpose for a short quick stay.
