Staff was pretty indifferent to customers' needs--not just ours but from I observed at the front desk and the bar with other patrons.
The building and room were nice. We loved the daily candies in the lobby and the location worked really well for us; we were able to use public transport to get everywhere we wanted from this property.

Nice rooms, spotlessly clean. Very close to RAI and train/metro so perfect if you are going to a conference.

Quite a nice hotel right near the metro and other public transportation. The staff were attentive and there were lots of fun spots to grab a drink. Rooms were good- no complaints!

The hotel is very modern and beautiful. The rooms are spacious and clean. The service is impeccable, and the front desk staff accommodated all requests made prior to our stay, such as a room on a high floor and far from the elevators. The breakfast is amazing, with a variety of options to choose from and a beautiful view from the 19th floor. Check-in and check-out are very efficient. In addition, it is within walking distance of the RAI station, as well as metro and tram stops.

Beautiful and quirky design hotel. Friendly staff and an amazing bar/restauarnt. Nice gym. My only comment; the bed was too hard. Couldn’t get a good sleep

Great stay! Will definitely do it again. Its located about 15 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Amsterdam. The rooms are beautifully designed. Really enjoyed the bath tub in the room with the view. Staff was super friendly.

Itu sound soundproof - it definitely wasn’t. Quite the opposite. Avoid if you want peace and quiet - the roads around the hotel are very noisy and No Room is soundproof.

Excellent for our working several days in the exhibition centre. Hotel is next door, and there are restaurants across from the exhibition centre as well as a great restaurant in the hotel. I loved the simple touches such as help yourself sweets in the foyer and drinks machines that are free as well as seating areas to relax in. 10 out of 10 from me.

Good location if you did not want to stay in the Centre of Amsterdam and we did not. The Metro was nearby but the centre was walkable including getting to the Rijks Museum. The breakfast was exceptional, it is expensive but highly recommended. Our room was clean and comfortable. There are good choices of restaurants nearby and there is an ice cream kiosk not to be missed.
We would come back to this hotel.

Location to town and airport is great. Staff at reception should speak Dutch, not others, but at reception should. Parking is easy, but expensive at 41 Euro a day. Restaurant is typical, some love it as it is different, others might be disappointed.

The location for the convention centre as well as transport links for train and metro made my stay so easy. The staff were friendly and very helpful and the view from the hotel is stunning.

Fun get away bday stay. Rooms are clean and modern and very quiet. Great design of hotel and can’t beat the candy jars. With metro Rai station within 5 minutes you are across town in minutes. This is a great hotel for a couple get away in Amsterdam and short distance away from the busy downtown area

First time stayed in this hotel and the whole experience simply exceeds my expectation in all aspects of the hotel (great & efficient service, comfy bed, clean room, with modern art deco and 5 mins walk to train station). We arrived early after long flight and the concierge has offered us with much needed early check in. Will definitely come back to this hotel. Thank you nhow team!

I had a mixed experience with this hotel, but I really liked my room, the decor, the shower, the view & the comfort of the bed. High traffic and long wait times through check in & check out make the experience somewhat transactional but I would stay again. Major bonus is proximity to Beatrix Park

It was my 2nd time and I loved staying at Nhow both times. It's the best hotel I have ever stayed at.
I love the interior decor of rooms, main reception and 1st floor sitting areas. So creative. I love the little quotes everywhere in room/bathroom/on tissue papers. Breakfast buffet arrangements are so artistic and creative. Each and every detail is so carefully planned.

Really great hotel with lovely rooms and enough space for 2 suitcases to open on the floor (rare in Amsterdam). We had 16th floor room with fab view. Loved the jellies in the lobby and the rooftop bar/restaurant is fantastic (although bartender did not know how to make a French75 and I got what was basically a gin & tonic). Location is a ways from AMS central but really easy metro access by the hotel and just 1 train stop from airport. We will be back and would highly recommend!!!

Amazing property … facilities and surrounding area is awesome … quick and easy transport links to airport and city centre … couldn’t praise it anymore … ticks all the boxes.
