Been to Denver 7 times and every time I stay at the Hyatt pena station. Perfect spot to catch the train to every thing and the hotel staff and food are amazing

Everything about hotel was excellent except for check in. I arrived at 1:30 am as planned. When I got to the front doors they wouldn’t open because of the time. There was someone who was sitting at front desk area in pajama pants with her head down in front of the computer screen. She saw me when I approached the door and payed me no mind. I honestly didn’t even think she worked there because she was ignoring me and had pajama pants on. I thought she was someone using one of the complimentary hotel business computers that was right next to the front sleek. She finally acknowledged me after I rang the bell and knocked on the door. She buzzed me in, didn’t say a work to me. No “hello” or “how can I help u ?” Finally I broke the ice and said hello, can I please check in She didn’t say another word except when she asked for my ID and credit card. Everything else was great and I’d return if I knew I wouldn’t have to deal with the horrible front desk

The shuttle service was nonexistent from pick up at the airport called the number for service and was left on hold for 20 minutes. Finally had to take a cab which cost $40 from the airport which was A about a 7 mile trip front desk treated the whole issue with shrugs.

It was ok. The wind was being sucked out from the room into the hallway and made a loud repetitive noise. We figured it out by putting a towel underneath the door. We tried to get an advertised complimentary shuttle at 3:30am but were told that they do not provide any service until 4am so be aware if you have an early flight. The hotel is otherwise decorated nicely and clean.

Front desk staff were very helpful with questions about a shuttle to the airport.

The only negative that occurred was my UberEats order was stolen, but take that out of the picture and this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at in the Denver area (and I’ve stayed at many) Be aware before booking that there is a $50/night deposit. I got my deposit back about 48 hours after check out. If you’re going to Denver for an Avalanche/Nuggets/Mammoth, or Rockies game, this is a great choice. It’s less than a block away from the RTD A-Line which takes you right into downtown Denver. Room was clean, nice, and comfy. Starbucks located in the building, also a bar, and the front desk staff was very friendly. They also have a free shuttle ride to/from the airport! Walking distance to a really good nearby restaurant called Moonlight Diner. My room was a shower only. Not sure if all rooms are that way, but may be something to ask if that is of concern for you. I certainly intend to stay at Hyatt Place more often! You won’t be dissatisfied and the price is right for the room and comfort you get!

Hotel was convenient for our purpose of just staying overnight for our early flight the next day. It us very accessible to the downtown as well as to the airport, just a few minutes walk to Pena train station. The area felt safe even at night.

Booked this room due to proximity to airport and was pleasantly surprised that it was within walking distance to a light rail station. Rooms were very clean and spacious. The hotel bar/restaurant was quite good - met a few locals that frequent it for the great food and drink.

Heavily infested with moths in my 745 room on walls, TV and windows. When I complained to front desk, Eduardo. He said we can apologize but upon check nothing else will be offered for dissatisfaction of room with bugs. Also, said it’s a lot of moths this time of year! Terrible

This is a great option off of light rail to the airport. The only walkable hotel other than the one connected to DIA. Clean and very comfortable. Bar area was busy and the room was quiet.

Our stay was so nice and very comfortable. This was our first stay at this hotel and would like to keep it as our usual place to stay.

Nice property close to airport. Dined at the restaurant, and the food was good. Room was clean and spacious. Starbucks in the lobby was a nice feature too. Very convenient to light rail station.

Computer systems not working well throughout my stay. Could not record my account number or print my bill when I needed a hard copy. No response to subsequent phone calls.

The room needed some maintenance up keep the toilet seat was loose, the bathroom faucet turned sideways a little and loose, shower didnt want to drain on our last day.

The staff and customer service were great! Very friendly, the Starbucks staff was great! The only issue was checking in our reservation didn't come across from Expedia, but the staff accommodated us with the same reservation and apologized though it wasn't their error. Room was clean.

Besides being a new hotel and a great breakfast, it's so close\convenient to the RTD line stop, I could walk there in a couple minutes.

I really enjoyed the service I received from the front desk whenever I had a question that needed answering and the provided breakfast was always good!

Upon check in we were greeted with a locked door. I had called the hotel the day before to let them know that we were attending a concert and would be a late arrival. The front desk staff motioned to me to scan my room card and I motioned that I was checking in and did not have one. She finally opened the door and we were able to check in, it was midnight. The outside of the hotel had trash scattered in the landscape and when we got up to our room a piece of the trim was missing and the chalk from the wallboard was on the floor.

This hotel is really good, free breakfast, a Starbucks in the lobby and just a 5 min walk to the RTD station that takes you to the airport or downtown. Staff is really friendly and the rooms are really spacious. I definitely recommend this hotel!

We were not advised of the deposit on top of the stay, no cash was accepted and our bank was not in the the city.

Perfect for a quick layover or business trip.

The hotel is located ~15 minutes from DEN, nearly new, nice big rooms, comfortable bed, complimentary breakfast. The staff are friendly and helpful. Free shuttle bus to the airport is quite convenient. The area is newly developed, not a lot restaurants within walking distance. Parking costs $14 per day which could have heen free given the remote location. Free parking on the streets nearby is readily available, This hotel is an excellent choice for people making transfer at Denver International AirPort or as a hub for tourists doing day trips to nearby national parks and other cities.
