Let me tell you, I really, really want to like this place. The only reason why I'm giving it two stars instead of zero stars is because the staff is absolutely amazing. I can't stress, how polite, helpful, and concerned they were while I had my six nights stay in Leon, the rooms are quite nice spacious and I love the way the bathroom set up. Now here's the problem, in the six nights that we stayed there we moved rooms four times, because there was a lack of air-conditioning in each room. As a matter fact, when we turn the air-conditioning on the heat actually went up by 2°. After they tried to fix it, a little bit of air come on and then it would dissipate. Like I said, we moved rooms four times and six days so as you could imagine, it was very annoying. Again, I can't stress that the food was excellent and the hotel restaurants, the service from the front desk, and from the restaurant help were amazing.if my review was based on that, I would give them eight out of five stars. But unfortunately, the whole lack of AC was not good, especially for the price.

It is a great hotel and the service is awesome. Unfortunately, when we arrived to the room we found out that the glasses in the room were dirty. We found out that they do not display all the information oye of rooms they have to offer on Expedia, like rooms with hot tub and terrace. In the other hand, they are very strict with late checkout options. We requested the checkout at 13:00 instead of 12:00 as it is established and they only gave us 12:30 as option with. O extra fee. If they could be a little more flexible will be very appreciated.

We had some situation at room 820: 1. phone did not work, there was no way to order suite service. 2. Room was not cleaned on August 27th, despite we ask for the service, at 9:00 pm they send maids to clean the room. 3. No safety on room. 4. Shampoo and conditioner very low quality, and very tiny. 5. Dirty Balcony

Beautiful hotel! Great customer service! I added daily breakfast and was the best hotel breakfast by far with great selections! Rooms were nice, clean and beautiful! The beds were very comfy and with plenty of soft pillows. The restaurant had beautiful outdoor seating, very good cocktails and a great selection of other drinks, food also delicious! Overall Highly recommended!

First time at this hotel, and the location is good. The room was very nice, with an upscale feel. The only issue I had was the AC unit was not wanting to function. I dropped the temperature to the lowest setting but even with that being done; it did not move but 1 degree the whole night. Arrived late due to an event and wish they had some food options around the area or at the hotel. No real options were offered there and had to order via Uber instead. Overall 8.5/10 and would still recommend it.

All the employees were fantastic, friendly and super helpful! The bartenders, waitstaff, literally everyone was so friendly! Best hotel I’ve stayed at hands down!

It’s a great place to stay, clean, secure, walking distance dining options and a Walmart

Good choice for last minute planning, only issues we had was with the air conditioning not working in 90 degree weather and the shower temp being to hot and able to control it. Place is clean and staff is friendly. Might give it another chance in the future because of the view but not likely.
