Beautiful apartment with stunning view, excellent service, fanatastic customer service and excellent value for money, cant wait for our next visit, highly recommened!!

The apartment is very handy for the tram. There is parking behind and in front of the property. The damage deposit feels concerning when an unknown person calls you up to ask to give your card details to pay. It is legitimate though and mine was refunded back within 5 days. We stayed at apartment 9 which overall was well looked after and clean apart from the black substances blocking the shower head we had to clean to enable the shower to work. The couch was also stained and very unclean to the touch which meant we didn't want to sleep on it. We called and requested the king be made a twin which they did quite quickly and were apologetic about the couch.

The property is in very good condition. It is modern and looks to have been renovated in the not too distant past. There were minor issues with the fridge and dining room chairs when we arrived. We contacted Granada and the pleasant owner came around the next morning to see what could be done to fix things. There is a tram stop close by and the trip into Blackpool town only takes about 15 minutes. There is a large Sainsbury's supermarket in close walking distance. There is parking available in designated areas behind and in front of Granada. The area where the apartment is situated is pleasant - from what we saw, nicer than much of Blackpool. There is a small elevator in the building. The only downside, and the reason I didn't give 5 stars, was that we were disturbed by stomping feet in the apartment above one evening - I don't know whether it was poor soundproofing, exceptionally noisy neighbours, or both, but it was annoying.

Stunning apartments throughout. Had an amazing stay and definitely will be booked again very soon. There is more than enough parking for all guests and the apartments are spotlessly clean and well maintained. Thank you Granada Apartments for a wonderful weekend.

The apartments are in a great location and lovely and spacious and clean. Everything you need is provided. The communication has also been fantastic. Will be visiting again.

Great place. Great location. Very handy for the tram into Blackpool. Really clean and comfortable.

Ease of booking/entry. Spacious apartment, cleanliness, loads of beds, parking and ease of access to the town via the tramline immediately outside.

It was OK, we were 5 guys on a laid back day away. We kept having a guy (there who said he was the manager) ask us to be quiet and I definitely say we were not particularly loud. It didn't effect our trip too much but it was annoying.

The only problem was the scaffolding rattled all night against the window & the person using the lounge as a bed didn’t sleep at all as it kept them awake. The pull out bed was broken and wouldn’t attach to the sofa so it would have been a disaster if it was two people sleeping in the double sofa bed. Fortunately it was only one person. Otherwise a wonderful apartment.

Communication with the host was great. He rang me the day before our arrival to take security deposit and give advice on parking and door entry codes. He greeted us with warm crepes on arrival which was a lovely touch and much appreciated after a wet day out. Beautiful clean apartment, very modern and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

I give this Accomodation a 4/5 star rating, the communication, the cleanliness, the decor, everything is set for a luxury break, it’s a shame we only stayed one night.

Very well organized place, friendly manager, everything you need is there. Rooms on a small side but still ok. Looked newly renovated, good location and free parking

This place is superb. The layout of flat is really great and very specious. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need while on holiday. The bathroom is really very nice with nice powerful shower. The location of this property is fantastic. You will get everything you need as soon as you are out. The owner Mr. Rene is gentleman. He is really extremely helpful. We loved our stay there. We will never look for any other places as long we get the booking available here. We have stayed in flat 9. Thanks Rene for everything.

Easy check in, clean well equipped apartment. A little out of it but all essential shops takeaways cafes restaurants a stone's throw away. owner Rene a phone call away if needed nothing to much trouble would definatley recommend can't wait to stay here again.
