DO NOT RECOMMEMD, Hidden Fees Upon Arrival
Webiste advertises Free parking yet they try to charge you a fee as well.
Guests are up to 4 people yet they tried to charge for 2 people out of us 4.
They have a 10pm curfew.
Guard was not very helpful at all and a bit rude.
The Balcony Is A major Violation and Is very Unsafe, its very Flimsy and if you lean You Can Fall FORSURE !

Rude people. The check-out time is 11:00am , just asked for an hour more , offered extra cost. They told me no exceptions and waiting at the door at 11:00 am with so rude behaviors. No English spoken

I stayed for 2 nights. The first night I was too exhausted to notice much, but the bellhop was insulting while thinking I didn't understand spanish and the host quickly demanded ID & money, but improved. The maintenanceman was helpful with the toilet, hot water, and washer, but the toilet in #6 needs functional chain repair. The 2nd day consisted of heavy chemical fumes wafting into the unit. A child cried and had to be removed from nearby. My odor neutralizer was depleted trying to beat back the fumes. I rushed so fast to leave the next morning that I forgot my phone charger which they refused to return. Location, W/D, kitchen, and parking is excellent but behavior of some population and staff is bad.

Lots of room but close to the road. Plenty of space and had everything we needed. Only thing we didn’t like is the bathroom was in bad shape.

Had terrible plumbing issue had to change apartment. Window doors and springs were broken. Not a good experience overall.

Nice seize apartment, overall comfortable, wall decorations and some vases. Great location , and overall safe.
Place is dated a bit, biggest issue for me was that the living area is very dark during the day, and it was not comfortable working from there.

Chose it for location and it was perfect.
Bit noisy with sirens from nearby hospitals well appointed. Needs a bit of upkeep /maintenance

The room was amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked and ready to cook, heat up, make coffee….etc. I loved that the crew is always keeping the yard so beautiful. Employees were very informative and friendly. The room made our vacation stay incredible. I will definitely stay here again every time I go to GDL!!!

This property offers all the conveniences in life that one's heart may desire. The apartments are gated with 24 x 7 security.There is secure, designated underground parking in the building.Drinking water is provided (included in the rent).There is a security intercom system allowing you to remotely control the gate.The rooms are of general sizes.The people are nice and easy to communicate with.The apartment is located in a safe and convenient place....It made me and my family feel at home during our 2-week stay there.Thank you!

Penthouse was very nice but we had some issues while there. There were workers doing some work which made ALOT of noise, and they must have dropped something because when we returned home from a day of shopping, the dining room window was cracked. Also the toilet in the master bathroom leaked and the washer leaked water as well. Overall, the visit was nice and we'd stay there again, but as a rental with many guests, the owners need to ensure they inspect the unit after each check-out to address the minor issues we faced. The condo was spacious and conveniently located to the areas we wanted to visit.

A nice apartment located in a nice area of Guadalajara. Suitable for a long trip with the family. Includes everything needed for a long trip and the rooftop area gives you a nice view of the city. One thing to note is that the apartments facing the street can be quiet noise at night.

No frills, but very nice stay in a great area of Guadalajara. Check in was easy and the staff was attentive and helpful Close to many restaurants and conveniently central. Overall, a great value. Tip: it has a nice courtyard so I recommend staying in an apartment on ground level.

Excellent property with all the facilities required to stay like home. The person at the reception is a warm person eager to explain every facilities of the apartment and recommendations. The check-in and check-out were very easy. There is a security guard 24 hs, who can help you with any doubt.

Very well maintained property, the guy in the early shift was very friendly and informative. This place is clean and modern. Made me feel like I was at home. The property is also very close to restaurants and bars.
