Everything and everyone was excellent except their breakfast as it lacked many things. If you stay at this hotel do not waste your money for that as there are so many places around it that would give you a better choices

The hotel was fine - the bed was just okay. The lighting in the room is very dark - so I don’t care for that.
The room service food was terrible as was the breakfast.

It was an unusuallly warm day (80 degrees Fahrenheit) and there was no A/C in an amazing sealed room with a lot of glass windows. The central cooling only starts in May!. The manager was nice and moved us to a better and cooler room.

Although we didn’t spend much time at this hotel, the room was and great condition. The hotel is about 1 year old. Beds are comfortable. Room is spacious. Our room was all red. It was very overwhelming. It’s one block from the gulf. Overall it’s a good hotel.

Sensational modern hotel with all the amenities. Funky decor with excellent USB ports, automatic blinds. Breakfast was lovely and staff were very obliging and accomodating. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Rooms are amazing. The color scheme is incredible and different on each floor. The beds are very comfortable. The shower is gorgeous.

Nice and clean hotel. Location is great. The only minus point is that supposedly our room got partial seaview but ours didn't have any. Nevertheless, was a great experience and would come back. Receptionists were nice too

The staff was very friendly and the hotel spotless and it looked like they took slot of attention to the little details other places usually lack. My daughter was very comfortable there. I will be visit again for sure.

Cleaning lady got 100 liras a day for just cleaning my room. But when i would request to not be disturbed she would purposely leave things out of my room like towels and toilet paper so I can then call her to bring I to me so she can get more money from me. Then she was opening a window from the other room that would give her access to my rom that I had to tape shut. When I brought it to her attention she said i was rude and then all the staff members including the other cleaning ladies were rude to me and talked about me negatively and even said they feared me and i had to check out because i became so uncomfortable. I would never come to this hotel again. NEVER!

We stayed in a classic room in building 2. Very beautifully designed and very clean and comfortable. Valet parking was free. Breakfast had enough of a range to choose from. Lovely staff and very close to the famous pier and sea. Nice to have a stroll along the sea and getting some sunshine. Will definitely pick Enhotel again next time we come!! Very recommended.

Very good hotel in the heart of Izmir. Friendly and willing staff, super clean hotel. Room service could improve, they never picked up our calls. A second elevator is definitely needed, one is not enough in rush hour, especially since it is used by clients and staff with carriages. Good breakfast too.
