Very clean and quite. Conveniently located near subway and restaurants. Amenities are small but useful.

Location is great! Not too busy but close to everything! You can walk to Ginza shopping district! The staffs are really nice and communicate well in English. The room is quite small as expected in Tokyo but it is so clean and comfortable. Just what you need after a long day of being out. I love the toilet & bathroom. Very modern! They provide comfy pyjamas everyday. There is a 7-11 right down the hotel - it is very convenient if you need anything. There is also a restaurant in the hotel and cafe next door. Laundry is also available. It’s so close to Kyobashi Metro Station and also to the Tokyo JR Station, where you can catch the Shinkansen and all trains. You can find right outside the train station, the limousine buses going to the airport. It is only a 5-minute walk from the hotel going there. They also stored some of our luggages (free of charge) when we went to our next destination. When we came back after 5 days, our things are already in our room. We really enjoyed our stay! We will definitely consider this hotel again when we go back to Tokyo!

Good location

Very nice property, close to Tokyo Station makes it a convenient location. The service was amazing as you can expect in Japan. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend it highly!

Nice place, 4 mins from Tokyo station.

The Superior Twin Room for 3 adults was too squeezy. After a 20 inch luggage and 26 inch luggage were opened up, we had difficulty moving around the room. Hotel was accessible. It’s about 2 minutes walk to Kyobashi station, 6 minutes walk to Tokyo station and 15 minutes walk to Ginza. Hotel was clean and tidy. All necessities needed were available in the room. Good that the toilet has the dry and wet area separated by a glass swing door.

The Hotel room is clean and biggest than I expect , the service of the hotel good, staff is kind and helpful. I and my family have a wonderful experience stay there.

Loved this hotel, conveniently located near Kyobashi station, with a 7-11 downstairs and several cafes within a one block radius. It’s also a short walk to Tokyo Station where there’s a ton of shopping and food options. Amenities are very nice, with a soaking tub in the bathroom and they provide bath bars if you want scented bath water. Would definitely come back if we visit Tokyo again.

A nice comfortable hotel. Rooms are snug but it is Tokyo. Amenities in reception are amazing and made our stay even more comfortable.

Convenient located with Kyobashi subway station across the street. 7-11 downstairs. Good size bathroom. Bed and pillows are fine. Elevator carpet not vacuumed. Suggest to add more washer as wait is long (2 hour to complete) when machine is occupied.

Have a nice accommodation experience in this hotel. Good location near Tokyo station.

This hotel was perfect for our one week stay. Room was clean and big enough, very comfortable bed and amenities. So easy to get around and a great part of Tokyo.

Fantastic stay. Love their process of getting the rooms clean. If your like me, I do t want my room cleaned daily... But would like fresh towels. Usually I have to ask front deak...here, you stick a note on the door, they leave the towels outside of your door. You get back and it's there. I would definitely stay again.

Very close to kyobashi station

It was an incredible stay that was only a 6 min walk to Tokyo station and an even closer walk for the Ginza line. There is a 24 hour 7/11 on the first floor that is very convenient to get a meal and even burn the change you have collected throughout the day. 10/10 will stay again

Facilities are new and modern.

The Daiwa Roynet Hotel Tokyo Kyobashi Premier (DRH) is located a short walk from south-east side of the Tokyo JR Station. That said, the DRH was hard to locate. The hotel reception is on the 3rd floor. There is little signage at street level to the sliding glass doors that lead into an elevator lobby that takes you to reception. I walked by the entrance several times. As a guide, the entrance to the DRH is directly across the street from the Kyboashi Trust Tower building. The DRH is a fine hotel in an excellent location. The staff was extremely polite and helpful when asked. My room was spacious by Tokyo standards. The bathroom appeared recently updated with instant hot water. Everything worked well - air conditioning, internet. Housekeeping was nearly instantaneous, exactly during the advertised hours. My small complaints are that the bed was maybe a bit hard with not so soft pillows; and the television had only a single English channel (CNN). The DRH is ideally located - as mentioned a short walk from the JR station, as well as a short walk from the Ginza district, International Center and Imperial Palace complex. In addition to the JR station, there are several metro-subway lines with stations near the DRH. That said, finding a location for jogging in the middle of Tokyo is always a challenge. The Sumida River is about 1 km from the DRH and there is a nice walkway path along the river for jogging. The DRH was moderately priced for the quality of accomodations.

I paid for 2 rooms, I was told that 1 room was cancelled and I had to pay again for the room with 3 beds. I didn’t cancel any room and didn’t get a cancellation notification email and no credit card refund. I’ve been dealing with the front desk for the past 2 nights with no resolution. This is so upsetting and stressful

Overall a very pleasant experience. Proximity to metro and Tokyo station. Around 15 minutes to the central area of Ginza! Friendly and professional staff. Clean and good amenities.

Everything is good except the laundry, only 3 washing machines are available, I have to queue for the service. Also, the drying function is poor.

Very bare minimum facilities! No cleaning service using under eco friendly umbrella terms! The pillows are smelly, room is smelly, the towels are not changed and also trashes are not collected even when I follow their instructions and put it outside!

Convenient. It takes less than 10 minutes to go to Tokyo Station. Try to find the route underground if possible. Coffee shop on the second floor and 7 eleven on the first floor. Self-serviced laundry on the 9th floor. Vending machines, ice machine, microwave provided on the 5th and 12th floor too. Absolutely clean and tidy.
