Arrived booked through Hotels.com and they gave us the wrong room.
Said they were booked and it was Hotels.com fault. We have booked through Hotels.com many times at Spring Hill Suites across the country and never had this problem.
Had to go to another hotel because they didn’t have the room we needed.

Tru Hotels is an affordable place with basic accommodations. It is clean and the service was very friendly. Our room was furnished with basic furniture. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were too soft. There are no coffee makers or microwaves in the room, but there was a mini fridge. You can go to the lobby for snacks and there is ramen noodles and macaroni and cheese bowls to microwave. They provide a breakfast that is cereal, toast, yogurt and pancakes. There is also coffee and tea and some egg white patties and sausage and a fruit bowl. They are dog and cat friendly. All in all it was a clean, comfortable overnight stay.

Absolutely phenomenal establishment. It’s been a long time since I stayed in a fairly new hotel. You can actually smell the newness. The rooms were very comfortable, and had enough amenities for me comfortably. I would most definitely stay again.

Friendliest staff, all around. We stayed 2 nights. Not a resort but a very nice basic hotel. Pool, continental breakfast, free easy parking. Clean, roomy, safe area and near lots of shopping and eating.

The property was nice staff was nice but the breakfast was not so good beagles were frozen and when you tossed it you had to put it through twice the pancake machine wasn’t working properly the eggs were watery but there was lots of kids there due to sports so giving the benefit of the doubt that they were just getting it out quickly

Staff was friendly. Greeted promptly with bottles of water and popcorn! Room clean and they had a nice fitness center. Breakfast had many options and was clean and neat. We would def stay here again when traveling through!

I didn’t like that they didn’t have maid service every day, how is two people supposed to shower with only two towels and two washcloths. They need to put extra in and extra toilet paper

Stayed here twice on our trip to & from . Its just enough of a room for what you need, great shower , bed sleep well , coffee was ok but could have been better on the breakfast bar according to the wife, was a little weak.

I stayed 5/31. The first front desk lady was nice. However when I had issues with the room the next front desk man was horrible. The tv in the room didn’t work, I had to call down three times because an adjacent room (414) was making a lot of noise and playing music in the wee hours of the morning. After traveling all day and a 6am flight.. staying here was a huge mistake. Why assign a room with a broken tv to anyone?????? Way too overpriced for the quality of service and size of the room.

The room was ready when we arrived. We didn’t experience any problems. I do wish they had a laundry room that guess can use, but I was pleased with the alternative that was found for me.
