It was clean and very nice.

This property was clean and quiet with helpful, friendly staff. Traveling with a toddler, we also enjoyed watching the fish in the pond, from the patio.

The room was great and hotel staff were friendly. The second morning I bought breakfast at the restaurant and the server tried to charge my card $15 more than what my bill was. It declined and popped up on my phone notifying me. She then ran it for the correct amount and it worked. When she brought out my receipt she didn’t mention anything about running it for too much, which I feel like if it was accidental she would have. Anyway we got a pet friendly hotel room and my cat enjoyed the places to climb. It was a studio so came equipped with real plates, silverware, cups and coffee mugs and an apartment sized fridge and dishwasher. It was great! I wish the coffee machine would have been a kcup kind, with a studio and getting some groceries for the stay it would have been nice to get my own coffee. The free breakfast I got the first morning was better than most.

I just wanted to send a shout out to the gentleman who I believe was the manager on duty Monday evening, 01/30. As I was checking in he was passing by, welcomed me and then proceeded to ask me what brought me to town. I responded with that I taking my state board exam for Nursing. He wished me luck and off I went to my room. The next morning I had just finished breakfast and was lounging in the lobby area to waste time. He was passing by and then proceeded to wish me luck for my exam again, which took me by surprise. The fact that he remembered a conversation from the night before and then went out of his way to send good wishes put a smile on my face and was exactly what I needed to hear. His genuine attitude and demeanor is hard to find these days! Just wanted to say thank you. I passed my exam and if I’m ever back in the Fort Wayne area I know what hotel to book.

Came to the area for a wedding and was pleasantly pleased with the hotel accomodations and amenities. Breakfast was provided every morning near the lobby but the kitchenette in the suite was perfect if you wanted to bring in groceries to make your own. The suite had a full fridge/freezer, microwave, sink and dishwasher. The washroom was large with a nice size shower and very clean. Each room in our 1 bedroom suite could control their own temperatures for those that like to sleep with cooler/warmer temps. If you wander down to the restaurant on site you have to try their Oink burger or their Austin Street Tacos. Both fabulous!!!! Reception staff was fantastic both at checkin and checkout. Thank you for a seamless stay. Would recommend.

Nice place to stay Pool is salt water but very small

Everything would have been fine if we weren't put into a room with no working TV and a rattling AC unit that kept us awake. I asked to speak to the sales manager but apparently she was called off sick and I left my email for her but did not hear back. Left phone# too. I asked for some compensation. Nothing was done.

The suite contained most of the personal items that I needed and had brought with me not knowing they had my back. Extremely nice suite.

Great location in an area that offered so much and the city not that far away. The hotel itself was amazing. From staff checking in to the rooms and checking out. Clean, affordable, comfortable.

Great accommodations. With Covid restrictions and a 6 day stay, however, we constantly had to restock towels, soap, etc. and we were told housekeeping would make an appearance in 4 days but that never happened.

Property overbooked and I was forced to find a new hotel at midnight with no transportation available or hotel available within 10miles.

Property looked fairly new. Room smelled like smoke. Body soap on counter was used. The bottle they had hanging in shower was empty. Normally get water with room, there was no bottles of water. No blanket for person sleeping on pullout. Paid for a room with a separate bedroom and tub, had a curtain to divide room, and shower only. Shower floor felt like it was going to cave in. Door on bathroom was not the greatest either. Over all disappointed in our stay compared to other properties we stayed at.

It was my first time at this location and they were very accommodating. Staff was very friendly and respectful! My room was very clean and up to date. Breakfast staff and food was fresh!!

Home 2 Suites was the perfect place to stay for us in Ft Wayne. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. There are restaurants and shopping close by. We will stay there again.

Check in was easy and efficient and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and there was a large field for our dog nearby.

New hotel. Room ok. Absolutely hated the full view of the building and nothing else. Am finding if i book with hotels.com i get a crappy room.

Great place to stay. We had very loud people above that kept us up most of the night. Aside from that I’d stay there again. Very clean.
