Everything it was very nice and comfortable

I liked the location and the low cost of room. The bed was fine and the pool was fine.

The staff was not overly friendly. There was not free water provided. The only water available was bottles for $1 or free from the juice machine during breakfast. The outlet sparked in the bedroom when we were plugging in my husband's charger. The pool was okay, but the kids in there was sketchy. My daughter had a cheap frog toy that we bought at Science Central and one of the teenagers stole it.

The pool had bugs, the rooms smelled, the breakfast was ok, not really handicap accessible.

hotel was remodeled about a year ago and rooms were clean, bed comfortable and I like a hot shower with good water pressure and this hotel did not disappoint. the pool was heated just right and the breakfast was good, especially the eggs.

only thing that would’ve made this hotel better was if it were located closer to downtown.

Very easy to get to in a strip mall with many different food places to grab a bite so we didn’t need to drive away from the hotel. Got a king bed suite and it was HUGE compared to similar rooms we’ve gotten (in the same weekend) from other Best Western locations.

Bed could of been a little more comfortable. For a one night stay of $150+ I’d like a little more comfort there. Setting up wifi was a little wonky (said connection failed but it didn’t), but we got it figured out. Took my youngest swimming and once we got to pool found that there were no more towels. Asked front desk for some, which we were told they’d bring more out. Got in pool and waited around for them to bring more out, which they never did. All they did was take the old wet ones away. Had my fiancée go up and ask about getting one, which in turn she got told they needed to wash the other ones before any others could be set out. Needless to say I just gave my daughter my shirt so she didn’t freeze before heading back to our room dripping wet. Breakfast was just ok, nothing special.

Location was great. Everything was clean, comfortable.Had a pool but didn't bring a suit so couldn't use. Friendly staff.

We had a handicapped room very spacious and loved the roll in shower but the seat in the shower was wider than the shower curtain and was hard to keep water down the drain so it went on the floor.

Truly...nothing. This is a very well- maintained property in safe location with many options for dining and recreation.

I LOVED absolutely everything about this hotel! After an extremely abysmal and disgusting experience at another local hotel for the first two nights I was in town, I booked this hotel same day and was surprised they had availability. The young lady that was @ the front desk the night I checked in, was an absolute riot - like in the best way possible! Super outgoing, chatty, and an absolute great way to start my stay there! The hotel and facilities have been updated/renovated recently and it shows! The lobby is beautiful and welcoming, and the location of the hotel is by a major hospital; commercial shopping strip malls; easy access to major interstates; and the most important thing to me was - I felt SAFE in this area as a single, female traveler! They even have a dedicated area for your pets to go outside and do their business with great lighting and waste pick-up. My room was perfect for me - located off the lobby; (surprisingly!) quiet; extremely clean; good sized; comfortable bed/mattress; & whoever they worked with when they updated/renovated this facility has great taste when it comes to the hotel and room decor! And as weird as this may sound but they took care to even make my room SMELL nice - light, clean, not overpowering scent that was noticeable during my entire stay. I cannot remark to their other amenities (i.e. pool, workout room, etc.) as I did not utilize those during my stay, but I did overhear other patrons remarking how nice they were during breakfast one morning... Every single staff member I encountered was quite friendly and helpful and they were very respectful of me and my dogs as well! The continental breakfast was off the charts in my opinion - lots of options (hot & cold) and tasty! This hotel is where I will be staying any time I come to Fort Wayne and was exactly how I feel patrons/travelers should be treated. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Thank you for the wonderful service during my stay!
