The hotel was lovely, just a little bit dated but I wouldn't let that stop you staying there. Right on the main road though so if you are a light sleeper maybe not for you. Breakfast was nice with a lovely selection. 5 Mins from the main centre so that was very good.

The location is good, views were great from the room facing the wonderful landscape! Bit noisy but manageable due to the road-traffic noise. The hotel room was clean and room service was okay-good but can be better! The hotel check-in was great, helpful but manger was dry and always in bad mood. Hope he can learn to smile and be more friendly! I would stay here again but hopefully they will have better friendly service!

Highly recommend this property for the price it is great. The location was perfect for us super close to the train station and the walk into town was very easy even with a toddler. The breakfast had a nice selection and was tasty. The staff was really nice even gaving me a converter and kindly said I could keep it. Would definitely come back

The facade might be slightly faded, but the interior is in good condition with clean, well maintained rooms. Breakfast is excellent with everything one could wish for. It is practically beside the train station, and only a short walk to the town / castle.

We stay here very regularly and really can fault it, always clean and presentable, pretty comfortable and the staff are lovely. Breakfast is good and nothing too much trouble. Right next to Arundel Station and 10minute walk to the centre of town.

Our room was spacious, comfortable, quiet and attractively decorated. Our only complaints were that the coat hangers in the wardrobe were too high for a small adult to reach without standing on the stool; also a non slip mat in the shower would be helpful. Breakfast was delicious with a good choice of continental or cooked in an attractive room overlooking the garden. An added bonus was that the hotel is right next to Arundel Railway Station and within easy walking distance of the town.

Friendly staff, good breakfast and plenty of parking.

We enjoyed a restful 3-night stay at this hotel and found it to be perfectly suited for exploring Arundel. We stayed in a superior room which was really bright, spacious, clean and comfortable, obviously recently redecorated and newly carpeted. (Room 16) Although the hotel is on the main road, we were never troubled by road noise. Plenty of free parking space. We were served a good breakfast by the lovely friendly Louise for whom nothing was too much trouble.

Misleading 3 stars from Expedia, hotel sign has 2 stars, terrible old smell in hotel and bedding, not confident or comfortable to rest.

Hosts were very helpful and friendly. Hotel was everything it was described as. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Stayed one night and could not fault the hotel

Probably one of the best hotels within the budget for a comfortable matress, much more comfortable than most hotels I have stayed in. Woke up relaxed rather than with back pain. Nice cooked breakfast and lots of parking. Not in tbe town but not so far that you could not walk in. Very convenient for the station though. Its on a busy road but we could not hear it inside the spacious family room. Lovely view from the landing window. Room and shower a little bit dated but worked well and spotlessly clean. We will be using the hotel again in the future.

This was a great Hotel very clean and well presented the staff were great the room was lovely breakfast had plenty of choices highly recommended.

choose another place is my advice. room stank of curry, noisy road just outside, beds tired. breakfast was okay.

Only stayed one night but were very pleased with service and room. Hotel is very close to town and has own parking so very convenient. Breakfast was well cooked. Our only complaint was our bathroom was extremely hot!!

Room was clean and comfortable. Location was ideal to walk off a few gins consumed in Arundel town, a ten minute walk away. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

Stayed for two nights .Mother and son. Hotel very clean . Sound proofing very good no noise from very busy road.. Location good for Rail Station . Lovely friendly staff. Refurbished bathroom, new carpets and decorating, comfortable bed. Home from home!. Will stay here again.

Bed comfortable . Shower very good ....hot and good pressure. Room basic but ok... Recieved in reception by a what you call a sterile atmosphere. Hotel person short and blunt. Tried to make polite conversation but gave up in the end...... But....lady helping / serving breakfast was very lovley.... friendly ....helpful and polite. 10 out of 10 for her. Perhaps reception person should watch her and see how its done..!!! Other wise pretty normal place really. Oh yes garden could do with some attention. I sat out there with a pint . I bet Alan Tichmarsh or that big Charlie would love to get thier hands on it...!!!!!

I had a room overlooking the main road so the noise level was quite high. Ear plugs were provided but secondary glazing could have been added to fix the problem. No evening meal or food is available.
