I had a very nice lady check me in, and I've stayed in your Grand Hotel in the past. This was perhaps the nicest that I've been in, and very quiet too being close to the interstate

My stay was amazing!! Great location and awesomely helpful staff!! My bed was too soft but, outside of that, the Titusville Extended Stay was OUTSTANDING!! Thanks for making my stay top notch!!

Maintenance issues took long to get addressed, then after fixed, in a day they failed again. Many different managers and hard to reach.

Very friendly customer service and clean rooms. You know what makes it even better? We all know you can't expect everything to always be perfect, right? So, I had an issue with my room and I was immediately offered a sincere apology and a new room. Best customer service I've witnessed in a long time.

We were greater with a smile. Friendly staff, location as a quick 15 min from the port. Allowed us to check in early due to the impending Hurricane Arrival. Breakfast was just coffee yogurt muffins ..Will stay again. The steakhouse next door was delicious.

We were situated on the main floor. The bed/pillows were very uncomfortable. There was a constant knocking sound from the fridge all night and the AC unit was noisy also. It states that the hotel offers breakfast, but all we saw was a coffee station and nutrigrain bars.

It was very average, the breakfast was bearable, the worst aspect being no milk to go in the tea, only coffee creamer which tastes revolting in tea. I booked two rooms and they were on different floors, so not even anywhere close together. When I asked why, I was asked why I was moaning which I think the Receptionist found amusing but I certainly didn't! This also made coordinating our movements difficult, especially as the internal phone didn't work.

I have rented two rooms from this hotel in the last two months and neither vent fan in bathroom worked. Breakfast is not very appetizing. Why no fresh juice of any type?

The stay was good, had comfortable sleep without any noise and light was obstructed with their blinds. The rooms were clean, only negative is floors were bit sticky not sure what they cleaned with. They didnt have a flexible option of late checkout upto an hour with no fee, also we missed breakfast due to our comfortable sleep so overall to sleep after a long tiring day, this was perfect!

We stayed overnight prior to a cruise from Port Canaveral. The hotel is very convenient to I-95 and SR 50, and only about 25 minutes from the port. It was so bright and clean that we thought it was brand new! The staff were very pleasant and the bed was very comfy. With the included express breakfast, the Extended Stay was a terrific bargain! We will definitely book there before our next cruise out of Florida!

By 8:00 virtually all of the complementary breakfast items were gone since there are a lot of workers staying in the hotel who fill their lunch bags. I asked at reception if they would replinish the counter and I was told distinctly that breakfast items were complimentary and not to expect or feel entitled to it. This happened every morning of my stay.

Room is big with a kitchenette, stove , microwave etc. It can comfortably accommodate a family of four. The room and bathroom was clean. But I couldn’t find a hair dryer. Location is quiet as it is the end of a street.
Breakfast is minimal with coffee, packaged muffins and snack bars. Sorry no toast nor bagels.
The A/C was very strong and I have to turn off in the middle of the night.
Please note pets are allowed to stay.

Super clean, room furniture and bathroom updated-- better than lots of other extended stays. Pleasantly surprised. Staff was quick and knowledgable. Wish they had a better breakfast.. but the take-aways were appreciated. (More options for take away breakfasts could be bagels and packets of creamcheese, or egg muffins.) Water pressure in the shower was also very very weak. That is a definite need for improvement.
Gym needed to update their equipment, only the treadmill worked well.

One of the reasons I picked the property was for the free breakfast, they were out of supplies so there was no breakfast. The watwr in the shower was luke warm at best. The room was very spacious and clean. A lot of options in the area for food.

Our room door was wide open when we arrived, had towels stuffed in it to keep it open. I tried to call the front desk, no one answered. Our room didn’t have any towels on arrival either, except a dirty one on the bathroom counter.

Pros: It was very clean and beds were comfortable. Good price for the time and location we needed.
Great location with an excellent restaurant next door and fast food stops nearby.
Cons: It is a barebones hotel and while it offers a kitchenette, there were no dishes, drinking cups, etc, not even a roll of paper towels. Had to request all of those things from the front desk.
Didn’t have a hair dryer in the room…had to request one.
A place for those who plan on staying several days/nights maybe even weeks and know to bring things with them, but not for just an over night stay.
Grab and go breakfast. Muffins, granola bars…no fruit. Had to buy juice from expensive vending machine.

Place was conveniently off the highwa surrounded by gas stations and fast food options, only 10 minutes from Kennedy Soace Center. Includes little kitchen with induction top so great if you want to prepare your own meals. Alsp has small basic desk for working. It was pretty updatesld, in good shape amd clean. But there was a strong smell in the room, possibly the cleaning product or deodorizer that was used. We checked in late and were tired so we did not ask for amother room, specially since we were only staying for 1 night. Although we tried to acclimate to the smell, it was still there when we woke up. Would just caution in booking here if you are sensitive to smells.
