The hotel is amazing and they really care about there customer they even care about dog that are staying there.

A very warm, homely place to stay. Very friendly staff, lovely bar and restaurant, comfortable lounge spaces and my room was clean and quiet. Perfect location, central to everything you need in Scarborough.

Amazing hotel great value

An amazing 1 night stay! The room was spacious, clean with all the amenities including an espresso machine. The restaurant staff were great and the menu items gave us some excellent healthy options. I only with i brought my dog because the services for cleaning him up after walkies were really a plus! Would definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys the outdoors, on bike or on foot

This hotel deserves 5 stars very very high quality and value for money, exceptional staff, very detailed rooms and excellent facilities

We stayed one night in a twin room, very clean enough room to manoeuvre. We had the in hotel restaurant for dinner, the starter and dessert were good the main meal could’ve been better Staff were all friendly and helpful

Although we didn’t take our dog it was great to see a Hotel that welcomed them. We had a medium size sea view room which was nice however the modern lights make it dimly lite especially in the bathroom and shower where I couldn’t see which was the conditioner and shampoo and the area directly outside the bedroom windows had moss and leaves ect but these are minor things that didn’t spoil our stay and we would definitely stay again

We were in room 107 over looking Cliff Bridge Place & people in the opposite flats were overlooking our hotel, broken windows, Police were in the street overnight. It felt very unsafe. The Fire Escape also looked dangerous!

Good location but corridors were rather dark due to colour choices on walls

The room was very small, looked on to some old run down dirty flats with people staring in to the room. There was no toilet paper jn the room. The cofee machine did not work and the bathroom was grubby. Overall a very poor stay. Would not go back.

Perfect for what we needed

We had a 1 night stay room only. The lounge, bar bedrooms were very clean and well looked after. Lovely coffee and cake free at 4. The only criticism is the bedroom over looked the bins and now and again the garbage smell seemed to waft through our window. Room 109. It didn't spoil our stay and wd definitely return, gerting a different room. All in all loved the hotel , staff friendly and helpful.

The bed quilts were not fit for purpose. The filling was in lumps like tennis balls so not all the quillt had filling simply cotton covering..

Just stayed at the bike and boot really relaxed place.The staff are very helpful and friendly are bedroom was fantastic a lovely sea view .and very clean bedroom. Loved they had .the coffee machine in the lounge area and cake was delicious!!!! Very relaxing area .And Ideal parking outside the building ..The location was perfect and i love its a dog friendly hotel will be bringing my dog the next time. we will definitely be booking again !!!!:)

Pros- Nice clean rooms, bar was good and staff very friendly and helpful. Cons - back streets around the hotel were run down and noisy. Parking was difficult, we spent ages trying to find a space and ended up quite a distance away from the hotel

Parking is a nightmare. On the day we arrived we had to drive around for ages trying to find a spot. We did eventually but quite a way from the hotel

Not as good inside or out as the photos online & the view from the room was something to behold, dead man's alley with a squatters house full of political activists. The shower dodn't get past tepid at best, it was reported when checking out & was met with a distinct lack of interest...

The hotel is in an excellent location. We stayed in a family room, which was spacious. It's a very dog-friendly hotel with a welcoming staff. They were always friendly to my dog, greeting him whenever they saw him. The facilities include free coffee, tea, and cake every day in the lobby. The restaurant serves good food, though it is a bit pricey, but the service is excellent and prompt. Many people mention the parking difficulties, but despite visiting during the busy summer holiday season, we found it easy to secure a parking spot near the hotel. As cars come and go, the hotel provides a parking permit, so parking is free, although you do need to update the permit daily. The location is superb, just a 5-minute walk to the beach, with plenty of local activities available. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for dog owners. It’s very clean, modern, and perfectly suited for a stay with your furry friend.

Property was lovely. Basic room but it was comfortable. Room was very warm though, even though it wasn’t a particularly hot day. Would absolutely stay again though.

We stayed in the Town House building & the room was big & spacious. The only fault was that once you entered through the buildings front door there was a strong smell of dampness, you could smell it up the stairs to the second floor. The smell didn’t come in the room, it was just an unpleasant smell we could of done without.

We enjoyed our stay at bike and boot but unfortunately there was a very unpleasent smell from the toilet area/drains .

Good location, nice staff, nice spacious cool room for the summer with all requirements including well stocked mini bar.

Very comfortable stay

The sun was out so the parking option was not an option, I parked in the Ncp and walked down. The food was nice in the restaurant, but my room on the first floor 111, was very near to the kitchen extract, which was noisier when I laid my head down in the bed. The floor vibrated too as well as the noise from it outside the window.It eventually got switched off at around 10.40/11pm.But, my window had no way of being closed, as I found out (whilst balancing on a chair to try and close it) so I was kept up all night by the local seagulls. It would have been nice to have had the choice to dampen the noise. Then the fire alarm went off at 5am-ish for 3mins and then off again. Not a great stay at all, I left at 6.30am as soon as the NCP opened.
