Great place located in the centre of Nottingham. We stayed in flat 6 which was really spacious and would absolutely recommend!

Lovely place to stay in the centre of Nottingham

The apartment is spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has a cozy living room and kitchen where you can quickly prepare something to eat. Nearby parking and restaurants. I am happy with my stay and would gladly use the rental again. I recommend this apartment.

Communication was excellent before our stay. The location of the apartment was excellent making all of the city centre accessible by foot. The actual penthouse had everything we needed for a home away from home. We loved the layout and the space. The beds were better than at home! We loved the features like the multiple windows, skylights in the master bedroom, large shower room. A particular favourite was the bathroom window. There is a full kitchen at the property with everything you’d need. The tv has a number of preinstalled streaming services, you may need your passwords. The ladies who look after the apartment were lovely too. They were concerned that everything had been well with out stay. It had been far beyond that! Thank you, ladies. I’m going to miss the view, the light of the city sky and the sound of bells.

We booked 2bed apartment for 2 nights stay.The apartment was quite big and clean.All instructions were pretty clear.The bathrooms , kitchen, hall were all neat and clean. We found few things amiss like few of the ceiling spotlights were gone , however wasn’t a showstopper.Groceries, main market were also nearby and attractions like castle, caves , justice museums were very close by.Good for a family stay and economical as well.

Great location, just off a busy street but very quiet at night, beds were really comfy and despite being a studio had plenty of room for three people and an extra trundle bed. Room was extremely warm with no windows that could open, fan was supplied but that's what you get for the five days of heat we have in England every year, so not a fault really! Communication was good, easy to find and access property, would have been nice to have an additional fob as we had three adults staying and had to rely on one person getting back earlier with the fob.

The only reason that I haven’t given 5 stars is because when I searched for somewhere to stay I had ticked that I wanted parking. When my daughter arrived she called the owner to ask where to park and was told ( quite abruptly )that parking wasn’t included! It was not made clear to me when booking that there are parking spaces (2) that have to be pre booked at an additional cost. The apartment itself is lovely and in a great location.

Bad communication, so end up having to find somewhere else to stay

It was so handy for pubs nearby and the party we were going to was at Via Fossa on Canal Street, which was a 10 minute walk max from 16 Pilcher Gate. We met one of the housekeepers this morning - asked about our stay. Very friendly. All positive good vibes. Thanks. We will be back.

We stayed with 3 children and they loved it. Looks like it was originally a shared accommodation so there are two large rooms with full bathrooms and a separate living area / kitchen. Large beautiful windows and the keyless entry was also night.

Great property for the price- spacious and well-located for walking and access to public transit.

Good comms, seamless checki in with good instructions; the pre-check in procedure seemed a little intrusive; not sure why so many personal details were asked for but didn’t let it detract from an otherwise great little break.

A very pleasing alternative to a hotel room. My apartment was clean and tidy and perfectly situated for my visit. Lots of rowdy venues nearby but the apartment was just far enough away to stop this from being intrusive. One minor observation. I was surprised to find a socket for a round pin plug but no USB port.

Location was perfect and good sized room. The bathroom was a let down with a cracked sink and shower was a bit old and grubby. Would call it a cheap and cheerful place to stay

No complaints for the price. Room was spacious and heating hot water working without any problems was bonus during recent cold weather! Agree with some reviewers that rooms do look tired and some maintenance required as toilet was leaking/dripping, which must be wasting and costing them.

Property exceeded expectations. Incredibly spacious. Clean. Easy to check in. Good communication with the host.

Functional, adequate, central. Quite noisy at night from outside. probably depends where in the building you are. No one to speak to about room issues (e.g. leaky shower, dodgy lamp). Had everything needed but a bit tired. Comfortable bed. Keyless entry system is good. Good value for location.

3 star property - dated furnishings, dirty carpets, windows that don’t close , noise from street was unbearable! Ok for a stag party maybe but not for a family wanting a clean room and peaceful night sleep.

Fantastic Italian Dolce just around the corner. Tesco express within 2 minutes walk. Nottingham Xmas Market within 6 minutes walk. Wetherspoons also within 5-6 mins walk which over looks the Xmas Market fab Place we will be back next year!!

This apartment is in a fantastic location and has everything you need for a short break. Studio 7 was very spacious with a small sofa area and kitchen area. The kingsize bed was made up of two single beds at a mismatched height though and made for an uncomfortable night’s sleep. The location and size of the apartment made up for it though.

Apartment was clean , kitchen well equipped, bedrooms spacious, beds comfortable . Central for shopping, pubs ,food , entertainment, theatre etc. Would highly recommend.

Parking instructions not provided until we contacted on day of arrival even though we had paid for parking months in advance.

Staff are very helpful the apartment was really big lots of space clean and tidy too will be back again soon
