Very helpful staff, comfortable bed

Beds are terrible, AC in the room was not blowing cold at all and smelt of mildew. Pillows were dirty. Told the front desk about the AC and was told they have been getting run hard the whole summer and that it is what it is. He also said the mildew smell has been happening for the last couple weeks and they were in the process of fixing it. Did not offer us a different room, told us all the rooms were like that. “Blackout” curtains did not work at all. Our room had bright light from the sign shining in the room the whole night. The “door” for the bathroom is a sliding barn door that you can not lock. The crack is big enough for someone to see you changing or sitting on the toilet. This room was newly remodeled and it was straight crap. We were traveling just for the night, this was hotel 4/4 for our trip and it was by far the worst. I will never stay at a Hampton Hotel again.

Everything was nice from check-in to breakfast. Beds were very comfortable. And very close to the college campus. We will be staying here again.

Descent hotel, staff was very nice but room was not ready on time due to housekeeping was short staffed. Beds were hard, but room was clean.

The first impression was the cleanliness of the hotel; visually it was impeccable and it smelled clean too. Upon opening the door to our room, its size was impressive— a bit larger than most rooms I’ve stayed. I will likely stay in this hotel when coming to Conway again.

The hotel upon entry smelled so fresh and clean! The breakfast area was large and the breakfast each morning was very good! Hot items, cold items, fresh items. A large variety of options! The room was clean, smelled fresh, air stayed cool. Would definitely recommend and stay here again! Every front desk attendant I came in contact with was so friendly, always smiling and wanted to see how our stay was going!

This hotel is so quiet… even facing highway. I don’t hear too much traffic

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hampton Inn & Suites Conway and it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. First and foremost, the staff truly made the difference. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with warm smiles and helpful attitudes. A special shoutout to the lady at the front desk whose friendliness and efficiency made check-in a breeze. The rooms were not only impeccably clean but also incredibly comfortable. It's always such a relief to walk into a hotel room and immediately feel at ease, and that's exactly what I experienced at the Hampton. The bed was cozy, and everything was just as it should be. Now, let's talk about the breakfast. Oh, what a spread! But what truly set it apart was the inclusion of everyone's favorite breakfast treat: bacon! There's just something about waking up to the smell of sizzling bacon that starts the day off on the right foot. The variety of options ensured there was something for everyone, and the quality was outstanding. Overall, my stay exceeded expectations, thanks in no small part to the friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and fantastic breakfast. Without a doubt, I will be returning to this hotel for future visits. Highly recommended!

This hotel was absolutely filthy. The lobby, elevators, floors are all dirty. I looked around my room and headed to the lobby to check out. I was forced to check into a new hotel. The incidentals charge of $100.00 is ridiculous, and 5-10 days for refund??? The room was filled with an item list for stolen objects; this is an issue at this hotel (see above note on incidentals fee). This hotel deals with a pretty low level of clientele, and I resent the assumption that I fall into that category. I don't expect a wide range of services or catering to needs on one-night travel stops, but cleanliness is a bare minimum must. This hotel fails miserably in that area (and all others). La Quinta should be embarrassed by this hotel, unless this is their standard. I have never stayed in a Laquinta, and in the future, I never will. Expedia should drop this hotel from their listing. All that said, the clerk was very embarrassed and went out of her way to help with checkout and provide information regarding possible refunds. Sadly, I think she has been in this situation before.

We had to wait for a couple of people who were ahead of us but it wasn’t any longer than 10 minutes. We were told that breakfast is served until 10:00 am, unlike other places that are only until 9:00.

Check in was amazing, super helpful staff. Pool was awesome. Great experience!

We decided to splurge and get a nice hotel for the end of our 10-day trip and we weren’t disappointed. Everything was top notch!
