It was very very difficult to figure out how to turn on the shower. I even checked the handout I was given at check in to make sure I wasn’t missing something simple. Eventually I ran out of patience and annoyed my husband enough and we gave up. When we called down to the desk, we were simply told to twist and pull. There are two levers - no one explained to pull out the top one and turn the bottom to regulate between hot and cold. How hard is that? Instead we got an exasperated sigh and a “I’ll be up there in a minute”. Either make these things less complicated, explain things more succinctly, or don’t be bothered when you have to go and show someone. Other than that, the room was clean and the ac blew cold. My husband was disappointed in the breakfast options and the general scant amount of food available but I was happy with apple juice and an English muffin. The check in process was smooth and check out took less than 30 seconds. On the whole, the stay wasn’t bad - but the water issue in the shower left a bad taste in my mouth. I shouldn’t be meant to feel like I need to apologize for being too stupid to figure out how to turn the shower on. I’m not sure if I’ll be back.

From ratings we expected more. No daily room refresh, indeed had to ask for fresh towels. Seemed to be new, yet appeared "worn" in some areas. Breakfast was minimal.

Fantastic stay. The overall state of the property was excellent, clean and welcoming. The staff, Sean, Willie, and Tabitha were genuinely concerned with guests needs. Welcoming doesn’t come close to describing all three, and helpful beyond what you would expect.

This hotel was pretty good, besides that they had an ant problem, in the room and it seemed like they didn’t really care when I told the front desk. And they charged me 20 dollars extra for no reason and they won’t refund me!

Everything was wonderful! Hotel is very clean, area and location is nice and safe, food was delicious, staff are very friendly and pool is nice! Highly recommended! Love the place overall, only thing I prefer is that they have vent in the bathroom with an on and off switch. I love the breakfast, a small suggestion would be to have a creamer for coffee besided the half and half. Also we stayed for 3 nights, at the first 2 nights they have the instant oatmeal with lots of garnishes like nuts then on the 3rd day they have the big pot od homestyle cooked oatmeal which is what I prefer but they didnt have all the garnishes like the other days. Also loved the delicious jalapeno 3 cheese baked souffle!!

The staff was awesome minus waiting 10 mins for someone to let us in the door. Her attitude totally made up for it! Our room was really nice and super clean minus the god awful musty gross smell when you walked in and the fire srinker sticker fell off the ceiling and we found it in our bed. The breakfast was meh... otherwise all in all a great hotel and would stay again.
