It’s horrible service- there is no human in an entire property.
I made an online check in on the morning of day of arrival as required in message I’ve gotten upon reservation. By the hotels’ sms they sent me, they should sent me a code for the door and room number two hours before arrival. But never did!
The attempt to send sms to the virtual concierge failed.
When arrived to the property (even later then submitted during check in), I’ve called to the security officer (the phone number is on the plate near the door), he arrived and get me into the lobby - there is a computer for self service. But this computer didn’t recognize me / didn’t find my reservation.
Called to some help desk, but it was an answering machine. Left them a message and went away.
Couple minutes later hired an excellent room in next door hotel, and while already in the room (another hotel) got an email from the Silver Collection Hotel with number of my room there!
Spent a lot of money for the room I never was possible to get in!

Amazing hotel stay for our trip up to NJ. Very clean, very fresh, very large room, comfortable bed. Nice place to stay with a great breakfast too. Just have to learn how to use the contactless system and walk a little ways for the breakfast and pool. Will be looking for more SCH hotels to stay in.

Not one employee in hotel. Not one! My room did not look out on a garden as stated - it looked out on a cesspool. The pool and exercise room were NOT adjacent - they were down the road at an apartment complex! I did not receive a free breakfast as stated - they informed me through text the night before that there wouldn’t be one the next morning because it was Labor Day. I didn’t know people didn’t eat breakfast on Labor Day. The key for the pool area did not work.

Our first room hadn’t been cleaned and the shower was still running at 7PM. Garbage bags were in the hall but with no cleaning team in sight. The sheets from the second room pull-out bed were stained and the side tables hadn’t been dusted in n a long while. We went to relax in the pool and it as so full of flies that it wasn’t pleasant. Since it was completely clean this morning, I guess the person working this morning did his job better than the guy playing on his phone yesterday.
It is a shame because the facilities are wonderful. The rooms are beautiful and surprisingly well equipped. The breakfast was perfect and the gym is very well equipped. Everything was well thought of. It is a shame the people hired to clean and keep up the facilities are not doing their jobs.

Booked for a couples getaway. We thought we had access to a pool, pool tables, free breakfast, etc. We technically did although they were not near our building, located down the street in an apartment complex. Inconvenient. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The person above or beside us blared music and was rolling something around all night. So rooms are not sound proof.

It was a very clean, very well laid out hotel. The pool is not on sight, the door locks suck and the support staff acts like she is doing you a favor because you are stupid if you have to call for anything!

Just an overnight stay for couple's night getaway. The no lobby check-in is pretty cool. The room was VERY nice and up to date on the technology. Only complaint is check-out wasn't until 11am and as I was trying to get every last minute of sleep, house keeping started banging on my door at 10am waking me up. They should probably wait until after check-out time or at least until we confirm we've checked out. I was highly pissed about that.

My husband and I love this hotel whenever we visit family in the area. It is truly a little home away from home and close to shopping for anything you may need. Ivy Silver, keep up the great work😊

The property was great in all aspects. Great value for the upscale accommodations. There were problems with the key-less entry which could be avoided ( and led to frustration) if the instructions were clearer.

When I searched Expedia for a hotel, they failed to mention that this hotel has no staff. Turns out that the text I received and ignored for pre-check-in, should have been named self-check-in because it's the only way to get into the building and get a room. After a 5-hr drive and a full bladder, it was frustrating 25 mins on an app download and check-in process in my car. Expedia needs to update its description for this hotel as I probably would not have selected it, although after reviewing the hotel website later, the no-staff approach is disclosed. My issue is only with Expedia.
I have to say that this is a very clean, beautiful and nicely appointed property. However, the sliding doors inside the room had issues that prevented them from properly closing and the complementary breakfast is actually in another building. And it does feel a little weird to enter a hotel lobby with greeter, no TV running, no people, no sign of life.

I liked the rooms were a t areasonable rate and close to the start for our race. I did not like the fact it was non contact and no one to physically talk to or check in with. Those who are tech it would be great.

Difficult and confusing clubhouse access - advertised sauna wasn’t accessible. Noisy from other occupants. Desk wasn’t assembled right so I couldn’t work. No one taking responsibility. I had to just get another hotel room.

This hotel is beyond amazing. It felt like high class living. Even had a full size washer & dryer in our room.
There are a few small cons-
#1- the amenities are located in the clubhouse which is down the street
#2- everything is digital and done on your phone. You check in and get your key on your phone. There is no front desk. It’s just odd if this is your first time staying here but now that we know how it works, it’s not so bad.
