The hotel only had 1 elevator car working. We would have to wait literally 10+ minutes for the elevator or walk up to the fifth floor. If you were lucky enough to get on the elevator you were packed like sardines because people were afraid to let it go by. Also the cleaning crew was getting on the elevator with wet soiled linen in black trash bags dragging it across the floor and near people feet while on the elevator, leaving a trail of nasty fluids smears across the elevator floor and the hall floor. I was there for 3 days and 2 nights and not once did housekeeping clean my room nor knock on the door to see if anything was needed. I did not have the do not disturb message on the door. The room was nice but they gave us nasty pillows. I had to take the pillow down to the front desk when I was leaving out. The person at the front desk said they would take care of it. When I returned to the room the pillow had not been replaced. I had to call the front desk to request another pillow. The customer service needs work. The experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I'm also including a picture of the pillow. It was nasty and disgusting.

Very close to the Gaylord convention center and the Waterfront area with many restaurants. Parking is a bit pricey at $24/night. No fridge in the room. Breakfast was good.

My stay was beautiful and the view was amazing. I don’t like that they don’t cover your parking or the garage is not attached to the hotel. But other than that it was beautiful

The bad: We stayed on a smoke free floor but all you could smell from the time you get off the elevator is weed. Walls are not insulated and people on our floor at 1am yelling and laughing woke us up.
The good: Staff was kind and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

It was okay. Rooms were a bit small but what really bothered me the most was there were just so many stains. In our room on the carpet and chair and the furniture in the lobby. Just seems kind of gross when you have to look before you sit.

This hotel is a GREAT location if you are attending an event at the Gaylord, as I was. Literally across the street so that was a huge plus.
The staff was top-notch is customer service - impressed multiple times by multiple people!
My only issue was the two small wastebaskets in my room, which became a problem when my room wasn’t cleaned one day for some reason - had to call and have them emptied (which they did!) but just was odd.
With that being said, would absolutely stay again!
