Excellent location next to Prater Park. Easy walk down to Vienna Stadium and good transport links to centre and airport.

Very nice hotel in a great location by the Prater park. Room was clean. The only things that let it down was no room servicing in our 3 night stay, meaning that in baking hot temperatures of 34 degrees, we had to use the same towel after every shower. I appreciate the environmental issue but I would expect the towels to be changed every other day. I also didn’t like dogs being allowed into the breakfast room, for hygiene purposes.

Very pleasant stay, excellent breakfast, comfortable bed. Local metro station nearby. From airport 10 minute walk from Praterstern station. Ask for a room at the back for views of the amazing funfair & rides. 15 minute walk to the Danube river.

I visited Vienna on business and stayed for a week. It was a very good hotel, clean and close to the train station.I would like to visit again when I come to Vienna.

Good standard hotel in convenient location to the university. House keeping is only available on demand which makes you feel like you may as well stay at a rental

Front desk female when we checked out would only address me even though my wife was standing right next to me asking questions as well and was on the reservation. That is very rude

One of the receptionist always is not around the front desk, step out for the smoke at night… I had to wait for more than 10-15 minutes for the service

Hotel is new and location is perfect whit a subway station at 3 min.
Breakfast also align whit price and hotel.
The only thing wasn’t on the level whit the hotel was cleaning services. At the arrival they asked if I wanted every day cleaning. But they didn’t any day.

My son and I came to Vienna to see and hear the symphony. We were a few blocks away from the subway and found it easy to get around the city from our location.

The hotel is modern and is well situated for easy acces to transport links to Central Vienna. The room is spacious with a queen size bed and a corner seat which converts to a pullout, if required. Only criticism is not many English TV channels. Good range of breakfast choices. Close to Prater Amusement Park.

A comfortable hotel in a great location (4 mins from front door to U Bahn). The breakfast has enough variety for at least a few days stay and the rooms are well appointed and comfortable. My one recommendation would be to add a fridge to the rooms - the stay would then be perfect!

Our stay here was great. They allowed us to check-in early without any stress, the beds were very comfortable, the place is quiet, and the breakfast was surprisingly good. It is a little off the beaten path (right next to the Prater Ferris wheel) but there is a subway station about a 3 minute walk away, and we were able to get into the city center on public transportation without issue.

Decent hotel at great location.
Pro: nice room with big, comfortable bed and places to sit. 24h check-in/out. Very nice breakfast with hot dishes. Wifi worked very good.
Con: all doors slam shut very loudly. Not possible to go to sleep until all people on the same floor were in their rooms. There was a big tv in the room but it was not possible to connect either computer or iPhone - I couldn’t access the HDMI-ports and casting only worked with Android phones according to the receptionist.

Great value with really comfy room and great breakfast buffet. The location is perfect - just a short walk from the metro but the walk into the city through the park and along the canal was beautiful.

Loved how clean the property and the hotel room was. It was a lovely experience to stay here. Since we arrived well before check-in, our luggage was safely stowed away for the entire day while we went sightseeing. That was very nice. The breakfast that was included was great! I would absolutely stay here again if I visit Vienna again.

The location is perfect, but the way management is working in 21 century is not ok, we had a very bad experience with the housekeeping and very little help for resolving the problem, the client is number one if the want the place to be fully booked!

A good stay with excellent service, my only issues was that the rooms were very hot and changing the thermostat didn't bring the temperature down.
