The hotel is nice and new and clean. The water pressure was awful. The TV did not work. And customer service sub-par.

We loved the room, service was awesome. It was the perfect place where there wasn’t a lot of people but still close enough to go do things without it being an inconvenience.

Excellent customer service, clean, quiet, low key, hidden gem. We had to reschedule our vacation from one week to the next because of tropical storm Debbie, and the customer service/communication with management was an excellent seamless process. Pool was cold and satisfying on a hot summer day. Breakfast was excellent with many options. Location is perfectly with everything within your reach. We will definitely be back. Thank you!!!!!

We were staying with a toddler. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. We checked out of our room and had about five hours before our shuttle to the airport. The staff were so kind. Homewood Suites by Hilton Myrtle Beach Coastal Grand Mall exceeded our expectations and I highly recommend!

Pool is much smaller than what the pics look. But was clean and nice overall.
Had to change rooms and both rooms had issues.
1st room had bed bugs and second room was overly dirty.
Front desk supervisor lacked empathy. But did give me quarters to dry my clothes to kill any bedbugs or eggs. Now I'm sure clothes are shrunk after running on high heat for an hour. Will not be taking in any of my belongings when I get home. Might trash it all.

First, I start off by saying how picky of a person I am when it comes to hotels, I know a lot of people say but let me tell you I’m probably the worst. I inspected the room from head to toe and it was absolutely so clean. The staff was wonderful, especially the breakfast staff. I didn’t get her name, but she’s blonde. She was awesome. Such a positive positive person.
The only thing I will say is, I wish the pool area was a little bit bigger, but that’s not something that could be changed. It should not affect the overall rating that it was an absolute great hotel.
In addition to all of this, I had to leave one day early due to an emergency the hotel refunded me with no questions asked which I think is great thank you so much for the great day. We will definitely be back.

Toilet ran all night long called facility, door to bathroom didn't close had to have facilities called again, didn't have tools to fix handyman had to use own tools to fix the door once completed we left so every morning on our 3 day stay was a facilities visit.

Out of 4 nights I stayed 1 the pool was GREEN which was upsetting because my autistic child can not go to the beach we wasted an entire day waiting around for it to be cleaned the front desk kept telling us they were testing it and it should be clear soon we ended up checking out and going somewhere else

We were visiting Myrtle Beach with 2 young kids ages 4 and 7. We took a long time reaading reviews of many hotels and we settled for this Homewood Suites by Hilton. Don't be fooled by all the great reviews, this hotel is average or slightly better than average but its definitely not a 10. Positives:
-very clean,
-we had a little reading room next to our room that had a microwave, full size fridge and a dishwasher which was handy with kids. Walking distance to shopping mall and highway access.
-beds were great, pillows were terrible!
-staff were nice
Negatives:
-pool was murkey
-no water bottles in the room
-no water pressure in the bathroom sink and toilet
-way overpriced for what it was
-4 ppl staying but only 3 towels provided
-breakfast was just okay but did the job for 2 kiddos, basic continental (cereal, scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, oatmeal, toast, apples and bananas and waffles)

The bed are terrible 😣. Very firm and hard as a rock, made my sleep very uncomfortable and unrested for my stay on vacation. Highly suggest buying soft top mattresses with manufacturer the company uses are switching vendors. Should not be a one size fits all with no back issues. Next, Breakfast needs to be real food ie eggs, bacon, sausage links, and hash browns should taste like real food instead of frozen microwave food just heated to serve on a buffet. At the rate the rooms go for a decent real breakfast should not be too much to ask. Other that, overall good.

Hotel snob and this place is 10 out of 10. Entire place is clean including the outside area. Beds were soo comfortable we didn’t want to get out of bed. Pay a little extra for a peace of mind and stay here, you won’t be disappointed.

I’m extremely picky about hotels. My stay here exceeded my expectations to the max! Clean! Clean! Clean! Smell of lobby, elevators, room floors was immaculate! Smelled like citrus from check in to checkout! I give this hotel a 10000/10 ! Breakfast included every morning was delicious hot and fresh! Friendly staff. Easy and flawless check in.this is THE only hotel I will stay at when I visit Myrtle Beach from now on! Good job to the Manager of this hotel! You sir deserve a raise. See you guys again next month. Booking my next stay when I get home! Sn: mall is directly behind hotel. Walking distance. Hope this helps anyone with their decision to book here! DO IT!!

This was such a surprise, this was so clean. It smelled so fresh from the time we walked in throughout our stay. The staff was so welcoming and sweet and professional. The only thing I would say is our coffee table had a huge watermark and scratch on it. But the staff quickly added to ensure that we felt comfortable. The only reason I said 4 out of 5 is because the breakfast was not the best . I was hoping for scrambled eggs but we ended up going out to breakfast the next day
