Very clean spacious room. Close to the railway station for easy access for day trip to Melbourne. Easy access to North Star pub up the road for meals

Good apartment but missing cutlery!!!

We enjoyed our brief stay at the Quest Ballarat Station. Conveniently located, comfortable, modern, clean, friendly efficient and all the good things. Though having no bar or cafe you would expect some variety in the vending machine, sadly no. Otherwise everything excellent.

Great value for our stay

Perfect for our family of five - the three children shared a king bed and loved it! They also lived the bath! It was freezing, but the heaters in each room made it nice and cosy! Great size, with kitchen facilities that made breakfast easy each morning! Bigger mugs needed for grown up coffee though!!

Great experience

We 2 ladies stayed here overnight as we came to see the Sovereign Hill winter wonderland lights. The 2 young men at reception were the friendliest we have experienced in years of travel. The complex was incredibly clean as was our room. Minutes walk to Ballarat Station right at the town centre for shopping and eating and security was excellent. Will stay here sgain if we get the chance

Amazing service and facilities

Very clean. Friendly staff. Perfect apartment for our stay. Would like softer beds and the spare pillows to be a medium firmness.

We loved the professional attitude The cleaning Ladys were amazing We enjoyed the stay Couple things the washing unit and dryers had not been cleaned filters that is in a long time so much so the filters could catch fire because of no cleaning get a 1out of 10

Perfect spot to stay for conference at the Goods Shed!

Was super close to the Goodshed in which I had a conference at. Staff were super friendly and helpful on arrival. Unfortunately I did not realise the email indicated 2pm check in. I arrived at 1pm but the staff were very helpful and understanding. They checked me in and gave me my key cards and just explained my room wasn’t ready yet but any time after 2pm I could go to my room at any time. Which was great because I had to go back to my conference until late that night. I went straight to my room once I had finished. Room was very clean and tidy. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Welcoming staff on arrival. We had originally booked a studio and were upgraded to a 1 bedroom apartment. Was spacious and clean. Not that we had travelled to Ballarat on the train but Quest Station was right next to the station. And the premises were within walking distance to cinema and to restaurants

Great location and overall standard of whole property excellent, as were all communications from the hotel team. Only complaint was that the starched linen was a bit scratchy.

Very comfortable room and close to train station, a very good pub and shops.

Nothing out of the ordinary. But not a steer clear type of hotel.The best thing is its closeness to the Ballarat Station.

Nice apartment, close to everything

The Ballarat Quest was very handy. It was within easy walking distance of te railway station and the Goods Shed. It was clean and quiet and the staff were conderful.
