Our last night in TX Beryl hit and we watched transformers on the hwy crack and lose power. It was becoming close to check out time and it was still storming. Manager allowed us a very late check out. He wasnt sure at first but Im sure he realized that with no power he couldnt check anyone in or out. We managed to get a flight out (first and last plane out since it hit) so we didnt need to stay the extra day we thought we had to. I don’t remember his name but thank you for not throwing us out into the mess! And I hope you and the rest of the guests are safe. 🙏🙏

Hotel was exceptionally clean and attractive. The breakfast hours was posted as 6:30 am until 10:00 am. It did not open unti 7:15am. The eggs were not ready until about 7:45am. Too late to have them for breakfast due to business commitments. Rest of food was excellent and dining area very well laid out and attractive and clean.
Hotel Staff was very cordial and friendly. Overall, a good stay!

After booking online, we checked into the property to learn the pool was not going to be available. We then tried the fitness room, where a mirrored wall was cracked. My two year old son cut his foot on small shards from the mirror. Im very dis pleased with this property and our experience.

Front staff could be a little friendlier but no big deal. I don't expect Ritz Carlton service from a Holiday Inn Express.
