Wifi’s not working in rooms and bad 4G, so you won’t be on net in your room. A French that is working the reseption got anger issue, beds a so, so hard. Bathroom is filthy and no shower holder.

Stayed for 2 nights in a mixed dorm, and was able to change my room for a quieter one on the 2nd night as i didn't sleep well due to other people's alarm waking me 😭 staff were very kind and helpful

Not good air circulation in a room.
When coming the bed cover was not covered.
There is no hot water for taking shower.

Price is very cheap
Located in city centre and near to public facilities and super market.
Please make sure and find some videos before booking this. I did not expect as terribel as like that.
At least maintain clean and provide key for locker to save valuable things.

I am writing to request assistance regarding a refund issue for a recent booking. Upon arrival at our accommodation, we found the room to be in an unsatisfactory condition, as the floor had not been cleaned. After informing the hostel staff, they offered to change our room. However, the alternative room did not meet our needs, so we decided to remain in the original room, which I cleaned myself.
The hostel staff were very supportive and offered a £15 refund for the inconvenience, which they processed and transferred to Expedia, as the booking was made through your platform. I would now like to request that this refund be credited to my original payment method.

I went with 3 kids so took a family room. Unfortunately there was no ensuite available and it was a little far from the bathroom. The only family rooms available only had a small window so it was a bit gloomy. One the kids made a mess it felt more homely. I was also worried about safety but the children enjoyed the communal areas and felt very comfortable there. Staff were very helpful and kind. Kitchen was pretty clean and the weekend breakfast is a bonus.

Was visiting Bath for an evening concert, and wanted a cheap bed to crash in. This was fine - providing you're happy in a dorm. The bedding was fresh and clean. The complimentary breakfast was also excellent. Checking in and out was all straightforward. There are lockers available - but you have to bring your own padlock.
Incredible value if you just need a bed for the night!

Really enjoyed our stay, fantastic value for money! Great location, very central and over night parking available near by. The room was a good size, very clean and comfy beds. The staff are really helpful and polite. Would recommend.

For budget purposes, it is ok to stay in cool weather as it does not have AC or fan.
Offer basic breakfast, have full kitchen to cook if you want. Need to bring your own toiletry, napkins

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Hostel was clean and tidy. Great location for exploring the city of Bath.Lots of noise outside, but in a city centre on a Saturday night that was to be expected. Take earplugs! Otherwise fabulous, would definitely stay again.

Good location, parking available nearby. Bathroom was adequate but not particularly clean or well serviced as one toilet was not bolted properly to the floor and moves…. Room was clean and beds comfortable.

Wonderful staff. Cannot beat the location and very good value for money. Building is safe, clean and quiet and everyone is respectful. The reception desk is staffed 24/7. There is a pub or tavern next door that is loud but it shuts down around midnight. The seagulls make the most noise and I like that noise. We were within 5 minutes walk of the Roman Baths, Abbey, Georgian Bridge, ten minutes from the Royal Crescent and had access to a lovely grocery store and awesome restaurants, coffee shops and lovely shops. I highly recommend.

The front desk staff were so friendly and very helpful. This place is very good value and so conveniently located. If you’re a light sleeper bring some ear plugs as the birds are early risers. We were overall happy with everything.

Ask if they could put hand soap in the dispensers for the womens washroom and was ignored. Very economical accommodation, but could have been cleaner. Never felt unsafe though.

WOW! This hostel is my favorite! My family and I traveled in Europe for 3 weeks and stayed in everything from 5 star hotels to a castle to hostiles. This hostile was clean, safe, and the staff was incredibly helpful, polite, and accommodating. We needed to do laundry and it wasn't done by 10pm (when it should close). The staff said, no worries! The free breakfast was cereal and fresh fruit and yogurt. Everyone found something they liked.
Overall, it was a great experience!

A basic but comfortable Hostel in the centre of Bath. Top floor Showers do not have hot water however pro tip is the 1st floor showers are electric so you can get your hot shower there. The 3 bed bunks are very uncomfortable - however it was good enough for 1 night stay in Bath.

When I arrived to the room, the bed wasn’t made and there was no bedding. They kindly provided it after, but the bed disn’t have all the chrtains for privacy and the little lamp didn’t work.

Super nice and friendly check in! Gave a great intro of the city Bath. Single room is clean and comfy. Kitchen has all I needed for cooking a meal. Super market is just 1-2 blocks away for everything

Hostel is in an excellent location to explore Bath city centre by foot with children. There were many more facilities available than those listed on Hotels.com website including fridge, kettle & hob for self-catering and a gym. Take your own towel.

It’s location is great, clean and keep in mind that this is a hostel so no bathroom in the bedroom

The property is in the heart of Bath and plenty of amenities and things to do around. Inside it is clean (bathrooms and even kitchen) and pretty secure. However, you may be kept awake by the noise from outside - whether it is the traveler's chatting in the outside garden at 2am or an occasional passing bus. Overall, a good place to stay!

We came to the room we figured out that heating and Wi-Fi are not working in our room(double room, ensute). We spent 2 hours there waiting for heating. (13-14 degrees Celsius inside the room) Receptionist told us that they are fully booked and we have only 2 options, get refund and move to another place or get another blanket as they can do nothing about that.
We decided to move out as that was extremely cold inside.
We contacted Expedia same day about refund, Expedia could not even call them that day(nobody was replying)
Now I got the email that manager refused refund.
Unreliable staff
They are not picking up the phone
Promised to make a refund and rejected to do refund in 2 days when I’m not in the city already
Terrible service!!!
As a result we got sick and didn’t get a refund…

Very basic but you must keep in mind that this is NOT a hotel, it is a YMCA with a couple of private rooms BUT the location is superb and that is why you are there after all isn’t it.
