Everything about my stay was excellent.

Beautiful hotel and the rooms had very little light allowed in when blinds are closed which is important to me. The shower was lukewarm and the TV went out but staff was very responsive and issues were resolved quickly.
The restaurant downstairs was excellent and in a great part of town.
Only issue is the noise as cars and big trucks rev their engines, spin tires, and blast huge music systems till 2am. I was there for a martial arts tournament so losing sleep was tough. Still that’s not their fault but a town issue.

Amazing beautifully restored hotel in the middle of the walkable downtown area of Fort Worth. Great views from our room and the bar at the 24th floor.

Great service, food, and overall vibe. The restaurant Il Modo was wonderful, bar staff Brad and Ariel were fabulous! Rooms were clean and comfy, with a mini fridge and steamer. Nice robes! No microwave though. Icemaker on our floor was broken but concierge brought some up when asked. Had to ask for a coffee maker setup in the room, but it was great (Nespresso).
Elevators and valet took forever on Sunday morning at checkout, so get downstairs early and ask for your car before 11am. The breakfast items you can order (room service) are the same as at Il Modo but with a delivery fee, so I highly suggest going down to enjoy before the checkout rush. Luggage carts and elevators were hard to come by after 10am.

The rooms were very clean and spacious! Staff was great, cordial, and helpful. Only reason Kimpton didn't get a 5 star rating was because of parking. There is valet available but very pricey.

The hotel fronts brick lined Main Street, lined by trees and shrubbery. It's 2 blocks from the convention center. The street hosts many restaurants. The hotel is in excellent condition. Happy hour with snacks at 5-6. One of my favorite hotels for its charming comfort.

I arrived at the property and as mentioned the only option for parking is valet. Valet is not on site. It’s several blocks away. I checked into my room and yes, you do have to go to the 24th floor. Upon entering my room, the lights in the bathroom would not come on. The air conditioner would not kick on. The light in the hallway went off and on. When I checked out the next morning with valet, which was $52 for 12 hours. I drove off and stopped and got out to check my car which had been damaged. I immediately contacted the hotel. Due to the fact that I drove away before doing a walk around I was denied repair.

Great location. Staff was excellent and overall facility was very clean and well taken care of.
However, the hotel had NO hot water for more than a full day of our stay. Also, it was not unusual to wait 10 min or more for an elevator, regardless of the time of day. All this is fixable — hopefully they address these issues

It was really nice. Centrally located to everything. Customer Service was ok. The consiear was slow in helping guest. The kitchen Host was rude . Took a phone call while waiting on seating is and then left us standing there forever. The hotel was beautiful and very comfortable. The hot water was not working . Couldn’t take a shower because it was down for the whole building. But they graciously compt us

I would have given 5 stars on all but unfortunately the hot water was out all weekend. Yikes! How does this happen? They said they couldn’t get the part to fix it till Monday. Otherwise a great place and great location.

The hotel is a short walking distance to Flying Circle, The Bass, Scatt Jazz Lounge, Thompsons, Circle Theatre and many restaurants. We enjoyed the 24th floor of the hotel for happy hour and also for a late night drink. We had dinner at the Modo which was the hotel restaurant. It was awesome. (Italian) There is no coffee maker in the room but in the morning the Modo serves free coffee or tea. Parking was included in our package but if you need valet, I think it’s $45.00 a day. I definitely would stay here again.

The room itself was great. The only inconvenience was that there was no hot running water. Staff member was nice enough to waive our valet fee due to that problem. However if you want a park your vehicle to save the valet fee you need to find a meter parking which I thought it was inconvenience.

Valet was great. The restaurant was amazing..and moderately priced. Within walking distance to the Sundance square and the convention center . The room had a mini bar, great shower. My only complaint was there wasn’t coffee.! Adding a coffee batt would have been nice.

Very nice hotel but one of the noisiest I’ve ever stayed in. We were up off and on all night due to traffic noise. Not sure if it was due to the cobblestone streets but it felt like our room was directly under a busy bridge. We were on the 7th floor and heard it all night long.
Also, the thermostat showed that it was 68 degrees in the room but it felt like 85. Don’t think the AC was working properly.
Disappointing overall for a rare, romantic getaway.
