Not good at check we paid $403.00 is what we expected, but when we checked our mast card , there was a charge for. $762.83 that is not correct. We stayed for 2 days only. Please correct this error on your part

Needed a band-aid but they did not have. Not the end of the world though.
Only negative is that they only had one car charger and the person that was charging kept their car there even when their car was done charging. Their should be rules and a maximum time so others can charge

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and it's a stone's throw from Lake Leamy (and the casino, if you care about that). Definitely our new go-to stop in Gatineau from now on.

Everything was great - just the parking was tight!

We were with our daughter who had checked in hours before us. They gave her room key but next morning made it seem like she didn’t have the right to have been in this room! They implied she snuck in after it was cleaned, yet she had a key and came and went with it. It was only after my husband asked if their room included breakfast that they said no one was in that room! Yup- she was given the key. The would not look at the binder for paper she signed in with. Her credit card on file expired, but no one caught that. Was a misunderstanding but 1 staff member and manager handled this hotels errors very poorly. It was very upsetting!!

Good location. Restaurants and shopping area are within few mins drive. Room was clean and with beautiful view. The restaurant breakfast was delicious, but no dining option during the nights I stayed.
