Stayed here as every where else was booked. I would rather sleep in my car next time versus staying here. No remote for the television. The night stands where too far away from the dressers. The place smelled like smoke in the hallways. The shower had mildew and the ceiling had water damage. Whether the door actually locked was questionable at best.

it was okay but very prices over weekend.

I work on the road quite a bit, i have stayed in quite a few hotels over the years and this one is prety decent. Its older, but clean and fairly quiet. The staff is nice and the prices reasonable.

The room was full of mold, linenea had dirt all over them, hole in the ceiling, dead bugs all over the window, feces on the wall of the bathroom. Dirtiest, nastiest place I’ve ever seen. Walked out. Expedia refused to refund me. Will never use them again either.

Room smelled needed to be updated. Somebody was smoking marijuana in the hotel.

My room was quiet and comfortable and relatively clean. No breakfast but coffee available in morning near front desk. The studio kitchen had no kitchen ware, no plates or utensils, or coffee maker. Trash here and there on the outside. Mediocre overall.

Using Travelocity, I reserved 1 room with 2 double beds at Suburban Studios in Lafayette . I printed out the confirmation, and brought it with me to the check-in. The Check-In person at the desk at Suburban Studios said that Travelocity had made a mistake, and had booked me for 1 room with 1 bed, and that was all he was going to offer me. There were 2 of us, and we needed 2 beds! I showed him my confirmation paper. That did no good. He said Travelocity had made a mistake! He did not honor my reservation, made by Travelocity, for 1 room and 2 beds. We left in disgust! We found another place to stay! Should I trust Travelocity again? I will NEVER book a room again at Suburban Studios in Lafayette!

Terrible place! Can't believe Hotels.com allows hotels like this to list on their website. My son was told to give a $200 cash deposit. We refused cash but offered a debit/credit card. Did not matter. What hotel requires cash? Lobby reeked of cigarette smoke. Staff was so rude. Was approached in parking lot by someone begging for money. The entire place looked sketchy. My son did not stay there and we were not refunded our money.

There were things left lying on the carpet and on the bathroom floor.

Checked in at 5:30PM and room still was not ready. Finally got in room and found window wide open with no screen. Bugs were flying around, roaches crawling on walls, and stained sheets.

I didn’t spect luxury at all. But the conditions were awfull! Simply couldn’t stay. Check in and after 10 minutes leave!

We had to stay in the area for the high demand night so did not set up expectations so high. It was not less noisy or dirty than some reviews saying, no bed bugs. The TV was non-functioning, the room smelt molds, there was no kitchen supplies, which was ok we did not need. furniture was very used and not visibly clean, the poor was filled with gravels ... hotel is due for some work, at least provide basic needs as advertised. Good luck

Disgusting! Our room was not cleened! The staff looked surprised when we came, and we got «the last room available». The floor was sticky, it was blood on the toilet seat, toothpastemarks from others around the sink, dirty towels and the shower was also dirty. There were drunk people in the lobby and it didn’t feel safe. Would not recommend this hotel!

The connecting door from one hotel room to the next was taped around the edges and the door was broken. There was mold in the bathroom and on the top ceiling. The bed was not made up and the sheets were made of paper cloth. There was a large hole in the of the middle of ceiling. People were smoking in the next door room. This hotel shouls be removed from Expedia website. It was a disaster and I would like to receive a refund. Please note that this hotel is trash. I checked put 2 hours after checking in.

It was dirty.and smelled bad. The shower had mold. The worst thing was that water was dripping down through the ceiling fan and the ceiling was falling in. I couldn't sit on the toilet without getting wet.

Worse hotel I’ve ever been to. Dirty rooms still had items from previous visitors. Broken furniture etc

I did not stay, I walked out immediately seeing a trucker fondling in the lobby, then being asked to pay more than I was quoted through Hotels.com. I told the receptionist I was not staying, and today, was billed for two nights. This entire experience was awful. Never using hotel.com again as they can’t seem to fix any of this, and NEVER stay at this hotel, it is just dark, creepy and unattended.

The hallways were smelly and noisy, the room air conditioner didn't work, hair on the pillows, ceiling had water issues near the window. We actually checked in and then checked out in 5 minutes. Hotel and Expedia offered no refund....

There was no hairdryer but they finally put one in a day and a half after we were there but the place smelled not very good

The overall experience that my family and I had to deal with was horrible. Their housekeeping staff members were very rude. When we first walked in to our room, there was a horrible smell. There wasn’t even a coffee machine and the pillows were literally as hard as a rock. Our room had two beds, one of them having cigarette stains and some other unknown stain. We ended up getting new sheets from the front desk to cover up the stain. When it was our check out time, we were running a few minutes late. Two staff members knocked on our door trying to barge in just to tell us that we needed to get out of the motel because all of the rooms are booked. We only needed 5 minutes as we were still getting ready to leave and they kept coming back to our door just to tell us to get out. They mentioned that our room was the last one that they needed to clean, which we later found out wasn’t true. We ended up paying $300 for this. Highly not recommend to stay there.

It was not a Suburban stay as it said when we booked. We arrived to an old Econo Lodge! Air conditioner sounded like a freight train whenever it was on. Tv was about 20”. No staff help!
