Litt slitt hotell, veldig sentralt, god service og flott frokost 🤗

We were so happy with our stay. The employees were so friendly. Tomy at the front desk let us check in early. Josef and Bekeet were incredibly nice to us. The breakfast was so delicious. Plus the airport bus stops right outside. Just an outstanding value!

Very convenient, airport bus to the airport stops outside (though the bus from the airport stops about 5 mins walk away). Ferry terminal close by as well. Building feels somewhat dated and tired, but rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. We did however need to change room after one night as it had large dormer windows on the top floor with no proper blackouts. With 22 hours of sunshine late May the room was like an oven and not dark enough for a decent nights sleep. The second room was fine though.

Cozy hotel very close to the train station. Great breakfast and clean, spacious room.

Free waffles in the evening were awesome. Comfortable beds. Somewhat moldy bathrooms though.

Small room with large bathroom. All clean and modern, even got coffee available in room . Staff friendly.

Great hotel and staff

Staff were really good, room pleasant enough but needed a bit of modernisation. Coffee and tea making facilities in room were a bonus. Breakfast was excellent and despite being told it started at 7am was no problem when we turned up at 6.30am. Hot food was alrrady available too. Convenient location as only a few minute's walk from the station.

The staff were friendly and welcoming and happy to help with advice about Trondheim. The room was large and comfortable and an extra heater was provided as it ws very cold outside. The breakfast was amazingly good - a cooked breakfast and a cold buffet - I am now addicted to Brie with peppercorns in it! And at 5pm there is a DIY waffle bar, to make as many as you want. Not good for my waistline, but delicious after walking around Trondheim in the snow.

Some rooms are hard to reach with suitcase, but reception went above and beyond to solve the issue. Everything else is just perefect

Outdated interior but compensated for by a good price, a fantastic (the beste we had in our whole 2.5 week trip) breakfast, free waffle hour and 24/7 free coffee and tea. Great location with the airport bus just outside. Small downside is the bus waiting there with the engine running as of early in the morning.

Trivelig , sentralt!

As a woman in my 60s traveling alone, I’ve come to expect to be treated like a second class citizen by most restaurants and hotels. This, however, has been the worse thus far. The 3rd floor tiny excuse if a room was not even part of the main hotel. I had to get off the elevator on the second floor, wander through passageways and then haul my luggage up a narrow steep staircase. When I called to ask for another room, I was told no, because I had already entered the room. I had to put luggage in the bathroom since the main room was so tiny. The big TV taking up the one table “didn’t work”. I hate feeling like I was ripped off, maltreated and bullied into staying in a depressing place. Never again.

The best in this hotel is it s location and breakfast. So near os city center and train station

The Stay was really good. I liked the breakfast and the coffee station a lot. The hotel is close to the sentralstasjon. Bit in room 7 of the 7. Floor the sideboard in the bathroom nearly comes down. It is not very good fitted to the wall.

A friendly welcome on a late-evening arrival followed by a good breakfast the next morning - cold buffet had plenty of choice and hot food freshly cooked. Room was quiet as located at rear of hotel although the hairdryer in the bathroom was fixed to the wall with no socket to plug it into! There was also a problem with getting TV channels over the weekend throughout the hotel so no TV. Apart from that the room was clean, well-serviced, and a decent size. It was really nice to be able to have waffles in the afternoon -self-cook & free! Thank you.

Great central location with easy access by the airport bus. Otherwise run down old building that needs upkeep. Value for money though. Below average breakfast buffet, again probably value for money. If U only need an affordable place to sleep central in town it's a good choice.
