Really like the location of the hotel, surrounded by so many restaurants, and it's also close to imago shopping mall, staffs are friendly, serves great breakfast, the supplements are great.

I love the design of the property! The room, the amenities, the comfort and the reception. Great location with food and beverage right at the building. Near to Imago, one of the biggest mall in city. The room is really comfortable, layout and space is impeccable. The shower is huge and the tub is a great after a long day. The bed is firm and bigger than King (super king maybe?), I just love this place so much this is definitely my go-to hotel next time I visit KK.

Nice room with AC

Very well designed, instagrammable, aesthetically pleasing hotel. Had a room that was facing the main road and facing the sun, so room would not be as cold even with the aircond at 16 degrees celcius. Receptionist service was below expectations - receptionist was not friendly and accommodative for Marriott's standard. Requested for late check-out additional 1 hour as flight was later at night, but was denied with lame excuses and an attitude. Bellboy however was nice. Good place if you are just looking for a bed to sleep regardless of the experience, but not if you are looking for a pleasant service and friendly environment.

Nice ambience

The hotel is not a building by itself, but shared with many other shops in the same building (Sutera Avenue). First impression outside the hotel lobby upon arrival does not make you feel like a 4-Stars Hotel. However, after check-in at the lobby and into our room, our perception was totally changed. Their service and the room condition are indeed a 4-Star standard. The hotel staffs were polite and friendly; the room cleanliness is good & up to standard. Convinent shops and restaurants are easily accessible within the same building. A grand shopping mall is also just across the road within 5 mins walk by the overhead bridge. Me and my family had definitely enjoyed our 5D4N stay at the hotel. Will strongly recommend the hotel and will consider the same hotel again if we return on the next trip. Please do keep up and maintain the good standard 👍 The only comment we had is the hotel breakfast, which has limited choice and has the same set menu daily. Hope it can be improved in the future.

Very nice hotel and design. The best if the hotel has swimming pool but overall we had a very great stay. Breakfast was good too.

Luma is our last night in Kota Kinabalu. It is a very well designed hotel, not far from the airport. Across the highway is a new and modern shopping mall. Right next door is the Fish Market Restaurant. It is one of the best restaurant in the city. We were awed by the freshness of the seafood and the delicate way of steaming right in your table for you to watch. Excellent dining experience. The service is superb. The room is spacious, clean and very beautifully designed. Besides, on our trip we lost a bag somewhere. The staff offered us all the help to look for it. They are all very kind and helpful. Overall, highly recommended.

Love the ambiance of the hotel, Clean and the smell was like SPA. The staff was friendly!! The hotel was just opposite the Imago shopping mall, I and my husband just walk through the bridge. Definitely will come back again!!

A boutique hotel locates at KK , location is convenient and facilities are clean and neat.

What a beautifully presented hotel. The rooms were just stunning. Beds comfy and bathrooms so well designed. We enjoyed everything, including the breakfast. Will definitely be back again!

Nice and clean..

The staff is so friendly you think you knew them before! We were in very good hands , everyone were so nice and smiling. And the decoration of the hotel is fantastic (lots of wood and plants, curved lines, so relaxing... the staircase is stunning, the lobby has many chairs and sofa you can relax on). What was more frustrating was the time we had to wait for breakfast. Too many people (5-6) in the small area, not productive, too crowded to be efficient...
