This is a very good, clean basic hotel and the price is great.

The place is a Sh—Hole Flea Bag Hotel! Premises were in no way appealing! I did not stay there! Rather afraid to stay there. I suggested to Wyndham they need to get an inspector out there. YUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My review remains the same x3… x4…

The bathroom was not in good shape. The sink stopper was broken. The sink drain was slow. The shower curtain had mold on the bottom. The toilet seat was loose.The evening person was very helpful but when we went to checl out nobody was around. Breakfast was good and the coffee was really good.

We ate dinner at Buzzard Billy's and the food was very good and our Server, was outstanding--Thank you--

Things were clean and the bed was comfy enough. However, our first room ended up not cleaned like they thought it was so it took a while for the receptionist to find us an available room because they were so full. It wasn’t her fault but I’m guessing daytime staff is so busy/short-staffed that not everything is checked or done well. The guy at the counter before me had to come get towels because there weren’t any in his room and I noticed a washcloth was missing in my room and everything seemed to have been done quickly.

Good value for the money. Would stay here again.

We had to kill a cockroach. When there's one, there's more. Would not stay here ever again.

The only reason I'm giving a 2 is because of how friendly the staff was, but there were dead bugs al over the room (I know better than live) and the doors had clearly been kicked in multiple times. You're by yourself sure it's fine for a night but not with kids.

Nice place to stay. Only had one issue with an air conditioner not working. They changed our room and everything was great.

It was gross! No elevator! Filthy old carpet! No paper plates for breakfast. Had to eat a waffle in a paper bowl! Code violations every where! Stay away. One of the worst motel in my 50 yrs.

Very comfortable bed! When I was late for the breakfast provided, staff was kind enough to provide me with a bagel, fruit and a yogurt. They definitely went above and beyond!

Way overpriced--going full throttle with the price gouging. High staff turnover. Cleaning staff will not clean your room with you in it--under the pretext of 'preventing sexual assault'. One woman went so far as to ask me to wait in the hallway, while she fixed my t.v. It does you no favors guys, making this derogatory assumption of your (I assume only) male guests. You really need to unwind on this one.

My daughter and I stayed here for a long weekend in early May. When we arrived the bathroom had a wet towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. The bathtub had a glob of long black hair in it. We stayed there Saturday night and Sunday night and left Monday. Our room was never cleaned. We had to request 2 more towels each day we stayed there to shower with in the morning. We were on the second floor. This facility does not have any elevators. I'm 65.

The front staff were polite,it was the girls first day and the guy was very nice.

Check in and out both went smoothly. Very nice hotel.

Right across the street from food. And 10 min drive from pinnacle bank arena.

My son-in-law and daughter and baby stayed here while visiting family in Lincoln. They had very positive comments and I will book a room for them again when they are in town the next time.

Would I bring my wife and kids here? No. But as a single guy… it’s a bathroom, bed, TV, mini fridge and small microwave, what more do you need. Property needs updating, and I could tell the room wasn’t particularly well cleaned, but it’s good enough, the prices are great, and it’s a decent location (stones throw to a sit down Mexican, Long John Silver’s, and McD). Continental breakfast was a waffle machine, some cereals, and some prepackaged pastries. There’s an interior hallway to get to the rooms, but each room also has an exterior door just a couple of feet from the parking lot. Motel-convenience for parking next to your room and door. It was a sedate weekend and very quiet - not sure what it might be like during warm-weather summer or game weekends. But I’ll be back (by myself) again.

Issues with cleanliness, human stains on the blanket, used q-tip on the side of the table and gnats due to the gaps in the door. Drunk guy outside, felt very unsafe due to him yelling and slurring he was hanging out by the hotel in the back where we were. Also was told that he came in and cornered the previous receptionist not too long before we got there. Got locked out of our room outside because key didn’t work. Night staff was nice but morning very rude when guy answered the phone and I asked for a towel he said come get it and hung up on me. Went to the front to check out waited 20 min never acknowledged and I dropped the key on the desk and walked away. Never again would I use this hotel.

I really liked the outside access from my room and my car right there. Never saw housekeeping, poor availability of ice and vending options.

Great staff. Great service.

Place was run down. The breakfast was terrible. The staff was mostly incompetent and charged me for the room even though i had pre-paid fully through Expedia. Had to call back several times to get the charge reversed.
