It's brand new, has everything and just a couple of minutes walk to downtown

Nice location walking distance to the old town. Good facilities and kind host.
No air-conditioning - a bit unfortunate but we were staying during one of the warmest nights, and without proper air-conditioning it was quite difficult to sleep.
