Khách sạn sạch sẽ, nhân viên phục vụ tận tình chu đáo, từ lễ tân tới nhân viên phục vụ. Khách sạn tuy cách bờ biển chừng 150m nhưng có xe đưa đón bất cừ giờ nào khách muốn ra biển tắm, bãi biển sạch sẽ. Gia đình tôi có mẹ già nên nhân viên phục vụ rất nhiệt tình giúp đỡ. Tôi hài lòng với việc đặt khách sạn này trong kỳ nghỉ. Tôi và gia đình tôi sẽ còn quay lại khách sạn này.

Very clean and comfort. Nice view from balcony. Good breaksfast! Super nice service! Beach is cross over street, and we were transported with hotell electric shuttle to beach, only 150 m distance away.

The other staff teams were not as helpful and facilities closed earlier than advertised on the hotel manual. For example, the rooftop bar and restaurant were not open at 9pm despite being advertised being open until 11pm, and then for the swimming pool, the staff member not very successfully tried to get us to leave at 7pm, saying that chlorine is put in the water at 6? The spa facilities are mediocre, quite small rooms with no air cons or ambience and they charge you extra for the sauna.

The breakfast buffet had a lot of choices and was well stocked. The Vietnamese coffee was too strong, much stronger compared to other places. The bed was large and comfortable.

Unfortunately the Hotel only provided Hotel guided channels, but not for customers to use their own Apple TV box.

The hotel was clean, the staff was nice and the breakfast too.

Unfortunately the air conditioner in our room did not work properly. When we were outside, the room always cooled down to 20 degrees. Which is a huge temperature difference to the outside temperature. One time during the night there was a power failure (two times on the day too.) And because of that, the room cooled down to 20 degrees again and we got all sick. I have one child and one baby and they also got sick. Furthermore, on two separate occasions, we had to call the front desk to request assistance in turning on the air conditioner because it was not functioning properly. Even Though we complaint, they did not say or do anything and don't respond to any emails.

breakfast was not so food, less choices and not tasty. the restaurant was small and crowded. one of the toilets was smelly badly but they couldn’t fix it. elevators were fast but there were only 2 for guests, that’s why it needs a lot of waiting time to go up and down, especially rush hours.
