Clean, friendly staff, walking distance to lots of shopping and food in Fira!

We enjoyed our stay in the clean room having clean cloths. One caretaker look after the needs of guests. Very calm atmosphere.

5 rooms in total were booked, we were having my wedding in Santorini and many of us stayed at the hotel. The staff are super nice and the rooms are very clean. The shower was so nice, the best water pressure I had while in Greece. The location is ideal for Santorini, a 5 min walk to the main bus stop and 10-15 minute walk to the cable cart and the cliff side. The staff also gave us information on the bus and where to book tours, we did a hot spring and volcano tour the day after the wedding. The price cannot be beat for Santorini especially for the location. There are plenty of restaurants and fun night clubs within walking distance. The only thing I can say bad is that there is no safe in the rooms, it is a small staff and family run so I doubt they are willing to risk their reputation and business to steal a few euros or an ipad. I will absolutely be returning and recommend this wonderful hotel.

The hotel is located near the caldera 5min walk, bus station 5-8min walk the streets are not smooth, so make sure you have comfortable shoes and lightweight luggage to walk from the bus station to hotel. People at the hotel was very friendly and hold our luggage until it was time to check in since we arrived at 8am to santorini. We came back around 12 and our room was ready so they let us check in early without any additional charges. They also have a sitting area on the rooftop to enjoy the night with coffee or dinner if you do a take out. Lots of restaurants near by and next to the hotel the restaurant was awesome as well

The most kind and wonderful hosts at reception. Went out of their way to ensure that we were taken care of with travel itinerary (bus schedules, luggage storage) and exceptional cleanliness and ambience entering the hotel.

Margarita was extremely helpful, the sweetest person ever. She was helpful and kind to both my mother and I. She advised us on places to go, what times, and how to get there. All the staff were very accommodating to us and we absolutely enjoyed our stay. Very good price and we were right in the middle of everything!

I loved how clean the room was and the location! It’s only a 5 minute walk from the bus station where you can catch any bus around the island and only 5 minutes from the amazing views!

It is my honeymoon trip in Greece! But sadly when we arrived this hotel, No early check-in,it is ok! We just leave our lagguage in lobby! And we pay our booking rent at that time!The staff say we can check in after 2pm! The worst thing is coming :When we back,we have book Double room but the staff give us 2 single beds room! OF COURSE,WE ARE NOT ACCEPT! Then she let us to the GroundFloor, there have double room,she said only this choice! What is wrong with your hotel? We paid the different price to book the double room which is not in the Ground Floor! And we arrived in hotel in the morning! Did you staff have plan to cheat us? No double room but still need us FULL PAY ! And the last,the staff said she dont know how to refund to Union Card,and waste our atleast 2 hours!Oh my God! 2 hours ago,she said can we give her another card?We hace no choice,we gave her Credit Card,a few mins ago,she gave us a refund reciept,and said to us it is successful ! But when we back in Hong Kong,we check 2 banks hotline and Credit &Union Card Center: No Record ,No Refund Money! Until today 19/12/2019 It is 3 months ago,still no follwing ! I have strongly recommend that all tourist If you go to travel to enjoy your holiday: Dont choose this no responsibility hotel And hope you guys use others good comments hotel apps to booking hotel! The staff who makes the trouble is call MARINA! Pelican Hotel@BLACKLIST!!! NO MORE!

Small quirky hotel, limited facilities but good location. Very friendly staff, gave good tourist advice and pre warned us about a ferry strike, that the ferry company failed to tell us.

I like it because the staff is very friendly. And it’s a convenient location. The room is pretty big, but there were lots of ants and flies.

Centrally located. Hotel staff were friendly and helped with luggage as no elevator. Bathroom could use a bit of updating but overall experience was good.

The Pelican is within a 10-minute walk from the central Fira bus terminal. The terminal is on a slope and the fastest and smoothest way to the hotel is via the small side-street that is below the terminal on its non-caldera side.The staff of the hotel are friendly and give good advice. Breakfast of coffee or tea, an assortment of bread and jams and sliced cold cuts is offered for 6 euros. The hotel is across the street from two restaurants that were good.It is a pleasant hotel. The main drawback is no ocean views.

Good location for the centre of Santorini, clean and tidy,hotel restaurant next door.Good for short stays only,plenty of noise on an evening, but it is a central location.
