Beautiful location, nice restaurant up the street

Free parking, good WiFi, steps to the Ferry, nice & clean.
Kitchen is very nice, the shower is small with nowhere to set soap.
Property is nice and bright, good windows.
We might have been among the very first guests at this place. If the order addresses my “squawk list” below, I would rate much higher.

Additional electrical outlet adapters would be nice.
There is not even one roll of paper towels provided & only 1 small dish towel, no hot pads and only an OLD sponge for washing dishes . For a 2 night stay there should be tin foil and plastic wrap provided at a minimum.
No hairdryer!
All bedroom light switches are outside of the bedroom 🙄 with No bedside lamps or tables in master bedroom.
NO ice cube trays
76 steps to unit , 12 flights of stairs, not mentioned
No lamps or coffee tables in living room
There is a washing machine and clothes line, but NO clothes pins
Need Step ladder (I am 5’6)… Can’t reach the top shelf for dishes or to plug-in the HVAC!! It is advertised as included and it should be plugged in and ready to use!

The location was perfect, master bedroom was spacious and there was a possibility to sit on the balcony.
Other bedroom was quite small and the nightlight on the bedside table on one side couldn’t be plugged in because the outlet was in the other side of the bed.

We were very grateful We stayed to stay in a lovely clean spacious apartment for 1 night with air conditioning and the host was very helpful too.
The apartment is in a good location about 20 minute walk by the lake into the main hub of lake Como away from the busyness of the main hub of Como. The apartment is a 2-minute walk to a lovely restaurant and supermarket, everything is accessible.

Decent location.
Had to lug our luggage up 5 flights of stairs. No TV even though it said it was included. No one to show us how things worked. No way to reach owner. No hot water!! Hard to lock/unlock outside door.

The view from the apartment was nice. The beds were comfortable. It was very close to the lake and nearby supermarket.
The toilet door was not easy to lock. Some of the lights were flickering, which were uncomfortable. It would have been great if it was mentioned that the apartment is on 4th floor.
