Nothing… I liked everything.

The treatment was exceptional, they checked in every day before we arrived to see if we needed anything.The attention to customer service and making sure our comfort level was extraordinary was exceptional. The room was just out of this world, so clean and chic. I loved EVERYTHING about my stay there. It was my bday and arriving to a bday cake was just the cherry on top! Loved my stay there and I cant wait to be back.

Food can be improved. We ordered a cheese plate, it's served with bread, but it was hard as a rock. We also ordered a continental Breakfast and again the bread was not fresh. It's a shame.

Everything about this place was beautiful. It sits high above the town and the view, the pool, the decor and overall aesthetics made our stay even more dreamy. The staff and owners were very attentive. We enjoyed the breakfast and the close proximity to town/restaurants. As for transportation, one is def needed. We rented a car and also saw a lot of people on quads.

This place is amazing! Where should I start? The suites are brand new and superbly decorated with an infinity edge pool on each balcony overlooking a beautiful view of the ocean from the hilltop. The sliding door stacked so that you could open the room up and feel like you were outside yet had the most modern and comfortable accommodations. You could even see the monkeys playing in the trees nearby from the balcony. The owners took great care to pamper you and make sure you were well taken care of. They would help with any questions that you had and even help with booking your excursions etc. Roni, one of the owners, cooked amazing, healthy breakfasts each morning which were delivered straight to the room. I can’t say enough of this place except , how soon can I return? if you are looking for an amazing place to stay, you won’t be let down here!

I loved everything about the property actually. However, it’s important to note that you really need a 4 wheel drive or quad to get around town , as well as, up the hill to the property. The roads in Santa Teresa in general are not the best.

Probably the best views in Santa Teresa! There is nothing like taking a dip in your private salt water pool and watching the most magnificent sunsets over breathtaking ocean views

Laloon was absolutely amazing! The views are spectacular, and the pictures do not do them justice. The room is impeccably clean, and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. You can tell that the owners put a lot of effort into the design of the place and all the little details. The robes were a nice touch, and I can write a paragraph on how amazing the bathroom is. The indoor-outdoor shower was one of my favorite features. Typically with outdoor showers, bugs are a concern, but the option to leave the glass door closed while still being able to enjoy the views was absolute heaven! The private pool is enormous, which I did not expect! The breakfast provided was one of my favorite meals during my stay in Santa Teresa; A++. Everything was just excellent; I did not have one complaint from check-in to check-out. The owners were very friendly and attended to all my needs and requests. If you want a truly luxurious experience, I highly recommend staying here!

Wow, what an amazing experience. Obviously the room, pool, and view were stunning as can be seen in the pictures but what really sets this place apart is the hospitality (and the incredible food from Ronit!). Avi, Ronit, and Nir were incredibly accommodating and their insights into Santa Theresa helped make our stay the best vacation we have had in a very long time. Could not recommend Laloon enough.
