Cazarea e situata intr o zona relativ aproape de plaja. Foarte aproape se afla un supermarket ceea ce e superb. Cu masina faci vreo 5-6 minute pana la plaja, pe jos in jur de vreo 30 de minute, dar e ok.

- the communication with the host was exceptional. He did his best to accommodate us and even brought a couple of plug adapters for us when we noticed that the apartment didn't have any. He's an exceptional person and we (me and my girlfriend) really appreciated his efforts to accommodate us. - the apartment is fairly big, with a nice open space living room with a corner kitchen and a roomy bedroom. - the showerhead was the stuff of legends. I'm not exaggerating. It's super big and has a huge water flow going through it. I've never thought I'd love this before but now I want a similar shower head in my actual home. 😄 -nice balcony with a table and two chairs. Perfect for breakfast and coffee in the morning. Overall I would recommend the place, despite the negatives that I pointed out in the next section. For the price, it's more than adequate as a whole.

as others have stated, the road downstairs is going through some reconstruction. We were woken up at 8am each morning by really loud construction sounds. There's simply no way to sleep through that, as the apartment isn't well insulated and you really hear it quite loud. - I think there were some nasty previous guests before us. The whole living room smelled like dog (even though the apartment isn't marked as pet friendly). We had to keep the windows open for a few hours to get the smell out of the room. Honestly this left a super bad first impression, but this was partly resolved by the owner's involvement and help at fixing this problem. - no consumables. Don't expect things like shower gel, coffee or tea packets or even salt in the apartment. You have to buy your own. Some bookings don't provide these while many others do (at least in our experience). It's not a problem either way but small things like these greatly enhance the comfort of the stay. Either ways this was fixed with a quick trip to the store. - no plug adapters (Cyprus uses UK-style outlets, so be prepared for that if you're coming from mainland EU). Other reviewers mentioned that adapters were present in the apartment, but there weren't any when we arrived. The host quickly brought us a few adapters though, so this problem was fixed. I suspect the previous guests might've stolen them. - the L-shaped couch had stains on it and the towels left by the cleaning lady didn't seem really fresh. Which leads me to my second biggest complaint. I'm pretty sure there's a cleaning company contracted to clean the apartment after each guest stay, but it seems like the cleaning lady isn't really doing a good job. We noticed many "shortcuts" that were taken in terms of cleanliness that the cleaning lady could have avoided doing.

Beautiful and clean apartment, everythinng you need is there. Supermarket only a walking distance away and beach as well.

Excellent apartment. Everything is spiffy and works well. Good kitchen with sufficient kitchenware, excellent A/C and Wi-Fi. Comfortable sitting room with good TV. Decent view from balcony (or even just windows). Safe feeling in neighborhood. Easy parking (2-3 slots for 5 rooms, but there is street parking as well). Good, unfussy communication with host using WhatsApp.

A little further from the center of town than I had imagined. I don't like the door locking behind you, especially as the key has to be put in the slot for the lights to work. One time forgetting to take it out the door and you will lock yourself out.

It was a very pleasant stay - the host is very helpful and he let us leave the luggage as soon as we landed in the morning, and then we were also able to check-in 2h before the scheduled time. The apartment is very comfortable and is within walking distance to the beach (2km).

Nice and spacious apartment, well equipped. 1.5-2.0 km far from the city centre and main attractions. Two supermarkets can be reached in walking distance. Covered parking space for three cars.

The apartment was very comfortable and spacious with everything we needed for a perfect stay . Walking distance to town centre and the beach , and we also walked to the Salt Lake to see the flamingos , and onto the Aquaduct. Large supermarket just 5 minutes away and so quiet in the evening . We were there for a week and enjoyed everything it offered including a washing machine and drying rack on the big balcony + many other thoughtful additions.
