Great location, next to several cafes and bars. It was a very smart and tidy property.

Wonderful spacious appartmemt. Fantastic location. Good WiFi and TV. Good bedding and towels.well equipped kitchen, but we had to buy a tin opener. It was no big deal. Host Andrea couldn't do enough for us.
Details state that it has parking space free of charge. It has not! I feel sad complaining as Andrea was lovely..
Parking is random out on the road according to restricted times, but anyone with mobility issues can become anxious when they have purposely booked somewhere with reserved parking.
The booking details need to be amended as it is an important issue to disabled people.

Very Spacious, modern with home from home amenities. Its actually like a house than an apartment. Owner super friendly and welcoming. We got parked outside on the street no problem.
We had a little trouble finding the entrance, but phoned the owner who came out to meet us.

Very rough carpets on stairs.
A lot of steps up and down to use bathroom.
A few stains on pillow and towels.

I loved the layout of the building and how surprisingly big it was based off the pictures.

Nicely decorated interior in an excellent location for Lytham centre.
Parking to unload / load car was difficult due to main road location although overnight parking was available within 10min walk. Stairs to different levels would be a problem for anyone with mobility issues.

Three double beds and huge lounge, dining room and kitchen. Very comfortable and spacious and only three minutes from the front.

A cold and tired Appartment with scruffy carpet and old lounge furniture.
no plug for sink and nothing to catch anything that dropped like a ring. TV didn’t work . minimal welcome package from my experience in other Appartments

Lovely, light, spacious house/apartment in a super location - 2 mins to an array of lively restaurants, bars and shops - free parking 2 min walk away

Excellent central location . Very spacious stylish interior.
Can’t park near the property easily. Bathrooms and bedrooms not on same floor so not ideal for elderly or very young children.
