Location of condo is excellent! It overlooks water and marina and makes for great relaxing morning or evening on the balcony. Unit itself is beautiful and spotless. Above all David is a consummate host and his communication and attention to detail is top-notch. Resort grounds were pretty, kept clean, and workers were very friendly and helpful. You will not regret booking this unit.

We have a great time in St. Thomas. David made our trip so special with all the welcoming touches he adds to his beautiful condo. There were so many extras from snorkeling gear, coolers, beach bags, a ninja blender, beach towels the list goes in! And that view! David’s communication is excellent and so helpful. He gave us so many recommendations, tips and tricks, and really helpful information for navigating the airport on departure. We will definitely be back!

This property is ABSOLUTELY stunning! From the pics, you can see the location is supreme. What sets this property above others is the attention to detail -- they've thought of all the extras you might need (ice chest, beach chairs, TONS of snorkel gear, basic spice needs, bug spray, sunscreen, etc) Obviously you can also see that it's been beautifully upgraded and remodeled. But what makes this unit a deal clencher is the host, David. He's instantly available if there's a problem; he handles everything with integrity and honesty, and treats you as he'd like to be treated. He was full of great advice and just helpful overall. He seriously made all the difference in our trip. If we ever come to St. Thomas again, this is where we'd stay -- 100%!

This immaculate quiet spacious 2-story Bldg E condo is the best Sapphire has to offer! Direct UNOBSTRUCTED and UNDISTURBED waterfront sunrise views of St. John bordering the marina where you can get fresh catch off the boats nightly. No crowds, party noise, view-impeding seagrape trees or backhoes cleaning up sargassum algae you read about in the beach-facing unit reviews. Yet it's just steps to those beaches for swimming and lounging. David has seen to every detail within his control including quality-class snorkel gear, and his communication is A-1. He even graciously accommodated us for an early arrival so our refrigerated food wouldn't spoil between accommodations! The LIKE-NEW interior reality beats the photos. The only real quirk common to these units is that the interior stairway light switch on one end only turns on if the switch on the other end is on. Also, parking is cramped by sunset, so you may need to park near another building when returning from a day out sightseeing. But again, the walk among the buildings is minor. If you have any doubt about which Sapphire unit to choose, let it end here! Thank you, David!

My sister and I stayed for three nights to celebrate her 40th birthday. The Sapphire Beach location was phenomal and the view from the unit was breathtaking. David the owner went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and fun as possible. From arranging an early check in and late check out to local restaurant recommendations and advice on transportation, he was proactive and responsive in communicating and doing whatever he could to help. The unit was clean and well equipped as well as tastefully decorated. It was also nicely located towards the quieter end of the resort next to the small marina. Would definitely stay again, highly recommend!! Thank you David!!!

We had a great time staying in David’s property. We have vacationed in several rental properties and this was one of the best. Not only were the views amazing, location perfect and property well stocked, but David was the most responsive property owner I have ever communicated with during the rental process. He sent a ton of information before our stay, answered questions immediately and had great recommendations! He truly made the stay perfect! It is difficult to find people who go above and beyond to provide a superior experience. David does that! Oh and the views can’t be beat! We rarely used the air conditioner. We would open the doors, turn on the fan and enjoy the breeze and the waves crashing at night. Get this place you won’t regret it!

We had amazing time at this location! The property was clean, David was attentive and so helpful. The space was perfect for our family of four, and we loved how the condo was right on an amazing beach! We snorkeled every day and never got sick of seeing anything! We saw sea turtles, stingrays, and my husband swears he saw a shark. I would highly recommend this place, and would come back again!

David's condo was first-rate and as advertised. The views of the ocean, the morning sunrise, and the nearby island of St. John were spectacular! The condo was well equipped with thoughtful touches like upgraded non-stick pans, a high-end blender, snorkel equipment, and beach towels. Not everyone thinks of the little things like David does. The resort itself was a nice blend of owners and renters and bit on the quieter side, which we liked. There were plenty good dining options on site with a coffee shop with breakfast sandwiches, a beach bar with bar fare, fine dining at Sea Salt, and a pizza shop onsite as well with unique pizza offerings. There was also some live music on Sunday. The beach was nice with some snorkeling opportunities and the renovated pool was large and enjoyable as well. Hopefully the pool cabana can be restored or repurposed after hurricane damage. This is a minor thing to be sure. One final thing to share is that David is an exceptional communicator! He provides regular and clear communication with specifics. He provides those in the portal until time of travel and then also provides a superb text digest of everything you need to know right at the touch of your fingertips. I mean seriously well done, formatted with headers, easy to read, etc. He also will provide you with area recommendations if you ask. We took advantage of this and it enhanced our experience greatly. I recommend David's 5-star condo and experience at Sapphire Beach to anyone.

My wife and I had a truly amazing time on St. Thomas, and this villa has it all! David is the best owner we have ever dealt with, from recommendations pre-trip to being available during our trip to make sure our stay was amazing. Villa is fantastic and highly recommended - not only right on Sapphire Beach with amazing views but also so close to Red Hook which has so many options for eating, etc. and also the ferry to St. John — truly the best of both worlds!! Simply put, 5 plus stars and we will be back!

1st time to St Thomas and this was the perfect property for us to stay. Very well stocked kitchen, extremely comfortable bed, all kinds of extras such as umbrella, DVDs, beach towels, beach bags to make stay more enjoyable. 4 different options for meals on property. Great beach with really enjoyable snorkeling. 2 big tubs of snorkel equipment but pieces need some work (broken straps, etc). Marina nearby with lots of options for day trips. The 2 decks overlooking the bay were wonderful. Host very receptive but not intrusive. Highly recommend!

Sapphire Beach was an excellent property and location. The place exceeded the description. David (the host) is very personable, super informative, and responsive. Highly recommend this place for it's location, onsite beach access, marina adjacency, proximity to Red Hook. Downtown Charlotte Amelie is approx. 25-30 mins drive with local traffic conditions. Definitely plan to stay here again...and again...

This property is perfect. The beach is 1 minute walk from the apartment and very good for swimming (our top priority). Beach chairs provided free of charge. Absolutely amazing view. This place has everything you need - bathrooms fully-stocked, beach towels, safe, snorkeling equipment, etc. The kitchen is superb. Electronic lock, just enter the code, no need to carry a card or key. Short drive to supermarkets and number of good restaurants. Having a car is preferable, IMO, although the driving is on the left side, it is easy to drive.

I visited this island paradise for my 50th birthday celebration and could not be more pleased with everything !! The condo is exactly as described and pictured!!! David is just an amazing host and his place is just what we were looking for !!!! Great location to everything !!! Redhook is the hub for all things ferry related whether You are taking the short ride to St. John or even over to Tortola ...his condo less than a mile from all of that !!! Red hook also has Great dining and night life all a $5 taxi ride away!! Don’t wanna leave the resort ...the Beach bar has some great drinks and delish hamburger and fries right on the beach and the pizza place also has great drinks and some amazing pizza and all that is just a short stroll down the beach!!! You wanna rent a boat and go out yourself or hire a charter ...no problem just walk out the door and down the steps ...wanna go for parasailing adventure or jet boat ride around island...no problem just walk out the door and down the steps fantastic little marina right in view of your balcony and just out ur back door for all things fun and water related ...How else can I say it but this place is FABULOUS and David is over the top helpful !!! If St Thomas is even remotely on your bucket list ...advance it to the top and message David ...he also has a beautiful and I mean spectacular place in the same resort for newlyweds or just lovers to stay and play and see all St Thomas has to offer ....and some days just sit on the balcony and watch the sailboats raise their sails In The morning and wait for them to come back in the evening ....just magical!! 🥰👍🏻👙🐠🐟🐡🐬🏝

The condo was exactly as described, we loved the location. The owners have thought of everything! The kids enjoyed the play station and the Netflix as well as the beach and pool. Can’t wait to come again!

Property was perfect for our stay. It had all the amenities we needed, was laid out nicely with the bedroom upstairs and kitchen / living area downstairs. Both floors had a balcony with great views of the water and surrounding islands Great sunrises! The beach area, bar and food were excellent It was also located close to several bars/restaurants in Red Hook. Also the marina beside us was ideal for booking sailing adventures. It is also close to the ferry over to St. John which was a a great addition to our stay. We had a great vacation!

I can't imagine a better location in St. Thomas. Everything you need is on property or a 5 minute cab ride. The views were breath-taking. I thought a sunset view was always the best, I now think the sunrise is superior! The harbour has sunset cruises and charters that leave from steps away from the condo. It was perfect! Mary did her best to make this stay as relaxing as possible. She is a great host. We loved everything about the condo and felt right at home. I can't recommend it enough!

Mary was great to work with! She answered every question we had promptly. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing beach vacation. Affordable and convenient. We plan to return next year.

The views from this condo on 2 levels are some of the best we've had! I would definitely be aware of all of the charters available right next door to the condo, i.e. within walking distance!! Looking into those and booking them ahead of time would be wise. We took some of the best excursions my family has done in our long traveling history. Mary is responsive and wonderful to work with. The condo was spotless.

A beautiful place to stay. View from double level balconies is breathtaking. Beach area directly to the front of the unit is a bit rocky but walking a mere couple hundred feet to the left brings you to good areas to sit beachfront and enter the ocean. Host was very responsive and we had everything we could need. The snorkeling equipment was much appreciated. Overall, a lovely place from which to enjoy st. Thomas, would absolutely recommend.

We walked in the unit and were so thrilled with the views from the patio door. Yes, this property is as beautiful as advertised. Two outside decks were so enjoyable. Very comfortable seating and of course the views of the ocean and marina were incredible. The condo had everything we needed to be comfortable. We liked that the beach and pool were so close. So nice to have our chairs placed on the beach for us each morning. My husband did very well driving on the left. He was scared at first but quickly adjusted. We ended our trip with a sunset cruise with Cosmo Charters. It was lovely. We sailed right out of our marina. Mary was lovely to work with. We hope to return.

Great location for our honeymoon week! With an on-site coffee shop (please try the English muffin breakfast sandwich) and restaurant/bar (hello bushwackers), charters that leave right from your front steps, 5 min drive to shops, food and nightlife all with a gorgeous property to walk around on. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. The unit has the best view and I know we had neighbors but you couldn’t tell, it felt so private. The mattress is a soft pillow top but firm underneath enough that we slept like babies (for anyone who needs to know, usually mattress softness isn’t in reviews). Gorgeous sunrise each morning … we didn’t want to leave!
