I did not like how it has definitely not been cleaned in the past year and the bite on face from the bed itching all night and cleaning the floor my self ! Awful filthy than my exes new bird ! Stay away still itchy now thinking about it

this place is like a pigsty , it's dirty, smelling intact is not even a bnb its a house with tenant's, they make lot of noise through the night .... no cleaning service which you pay for . toilets are dirty and leaking ... there are no door locks in the room. no linen change , no towel change noting , it's better to sleep on the street than booking this trash it's so horrible

Apartment does not match pictures posted . It’s a shared 5 bed house also. Some facilities have broken down and haven’t been fixed. House needs cleaning

NOTHING! Host refuses to refund us for 22 nights even though we were there for no longer that 4 minutes. Their ad says "Booking is safe" AND "Extra Health and Safety Measures are in place - This property has taken extra health and hygiene measures to ensure your safety is their priority". BUT only AFTER you pay and they take your money, they send you a message on booking.com stating: "Due to the current environment all guests are responsible to clean after communal areas and clean their own room". Let me tell you, they DO NOT clean at all!! During these times of COVID and monkeypox I could not believe to see an establishment being run like this. STEER CLEAR! You have been warned.

The host messaged me and changed my room number and check-in time 1 hour before I was supposed to check in as apparently my room was not ready as yet. I sent him a whatsapp message (as per their contact detail instructions) and explained to him that I was not happy as he changed me to the top floor and I struggle with stairs as I have a bad knee and have a number of luggage cases. I also mentioned that I was unhappy regarding the check in time change as I was travelling around 3 hours by taxi and organised to be there at the agreed time. He totally ignored me. On arrival I could not believe my eyes, it opened up to the filthiest kitchen I have ever seen in my life with dirty dishes everywhere, filthy floors, heaps of food that was unpacked and open and left on the countertops that seemed to have been lying there for a number of hours. We went to check the rooms and started walking up the most narrow steep stairs with one hand rail that was pulling out of the wall that only ran up by a metre. I could barely walk up the stairs, this property is completely inaccessible for people with baggage and is a huge health hazard as I almost fell down them as the stairs are so small I could barely get my feet to fit on them. Walking past some of the "rooms" they have on our way up, the doors are made of raw chipboard panels. We passed the "shared bathroom" area and it was filthy full of dirt and hair, I didn't even want to walk in with my shoes on. We reached room number 5, right at the top. The door was not locked and there was no door handle except for a hole in the door and it did not close properly. The bedding was dirty and/or stained. The building and renovation inside is done so cheaply, and I felt my safety was extremely compromised.

Good proximity to decent area. Good value for the room plus facilities. Bedding fresh and room was mostly clean upon entering

Sound travelled far too well in the building, and from next door. Room door was not level with the landing, making it easy to slip. Garden unkempt.
