The property didn't have regular transportation from the airport to the hotel unless you call ahead of time. I had to walk to the hotel as per suggested by the guardia nacional members. It took me only 5 or 7 minutes to arrive to the hotel.

Wow. I had no expectations, just making my next flight. I was very impressed with the hotel, the staff, the restaurant on the rooftop. Really nice. My room had a view of the arriving/departing planes which I always enjoy.

Although I was there fir ine night, the experience was really good, It was very convenient staff provided us ride to and from airport .. it is easy to go to Mexico city Downtown (Centro historico), it will take like one hour for less than 10 dollars but don’t try it during peak hours because it will take 2 or more hours and could be quite expensive ride… The overall experience was ver Good

The hotel is very nice. Great location, our stay was pleasant. The breakfast buffet is delicious, however, I do not recommend eating at the restaurant on the 7th floor, the food was bad and was pricey. You are better off walking to the airport for food, otherwise you will regret it.

Great walking distance to the airport, if you dont want to deal with the traffic or if you have a hard itinerary this is your best option. Not to many options in the restaurant and dishes are not the best. Rooms are simply the Holiday Inn standards, clean and tidy. Recomended!

Very nice hotel. The AC in our room wasn’t working, they changed us to another room. The food is expensive (which was expected) but not that great. We ordered a chicken salad and Alfredo linguine. The guy dressed like a manager totally ignored my husband for 10 minutes and another worker acknowledged him soon after. Our stay was comfortable other than the stated above. The hotel has a shuttle that takes you to the airport (that’s across the street). It also has a playground with outdoor restrooms. The rooms were clean and the beds were the comfortable. I would def stay here again as it is convenient for next day travel and clean.

When my daughter showered, the sink floor, and room entrance was puddled. The restroom walls had brown looking marks on the walls. We checked in at 11pm to sleep about 4 hours before our flight. The room swap, repacking and moving my 2 small girls made it uneasy. It is a new facility, but appears as if only the common areas are tidy and clean.

It’s a brand new hotel. Very beautifully built. It’s a short walk from the new airport if you are unlucky to have to fly in or out of that airport. There’s only one restaurant in the area there at the hotel. It’s good but not great. A bit overpriced for the quality but definitely a solid choice. There’s a free shuttle to the airport. Price was average fir a holiday inn but rooms are impeccable.

Everything was very clean, nice and amazing. Our only complaint is that breakfast was not served on time, we had to ask for it to be kind of done, after we paid full price. They did an omelette for us and it tasted very bad. I’m guessing the kitchen was a little late, but for us it was not a good experience.
