Extremely steep stairs, dishes from previous occupants left on the draining board, fridge smelt, blinds on the windows broken, shabby furniture not suitable for the rooms, numerous bottles of half empty toiletries in the bathroom, in need of updating throughout

Small house, clean, everything you need (toothpaste shower gel, kettle, coffee…), comfortable. Easy access to Manchester using own car or rides.

Nothing particular , careful about the central staircase for people with some movement issues though, is quite steep.

The location is good and there are shampoo and soaps prepared for us.

The property has a bit of smell. Also, the shower didn’t work, so we have to only take a bath, which is quite an inconvenience. The floor is also really sticky and the stairs are way too steep with might be a problem if you travel with child or elder

Comfortable and had all the amenities that I required. plenty of on street parking and about 10 mins drive to the Etihad Stadium.

The house was clean and tidy. The location was easy to find and only a 10 minute taxi ride away from the city centre. We would definitely stay there again.

I have osteoarthritis in my knees and I did struggle a bit with the stairs, they are very narrow and very deep. As we only stayed for one night and we were out most of the tie, it was bearable.

The property was good, basic but clean, tidy and cheap we were a little early and had the absolute pleasure of meeting the hosts who were extremely welcoming and very helpful Close to local amenities everything you need There was a little booklet inside the property listing all of the important information and included the hosts number who responded to me with an enquiry promptly

The area was a little undesirable having said that we had no issues at all No tv aerial but there was a smart tv to watch netflix, etc not an issue at all for us but you were required to use your own netflix account so if you didn’t have one I’d imagine the lack of tv to be a little frustrating Overall excellent value for money prices elsewhere in Manchester were extremely high at the time of our visit so no complaints for the money
