The only 2 things that is good in this place is the view and the staff

Its not clean at all, i were white socks it became black from the dirt on the floor, one of the wardrobe doors was broken, the glass of the balcony is broken, the shower has hair even though they said they clean the rooms and the check in was supposed to be at 3 pm but it delayed until 5 pm even though we reached the facility at 4:15 we waited to them to clean but the apartment is still dirty, there are stains on the extra bed mattress.

It’s quite spacious and comfy, kinda feels like a home which is really Nice. I really loved the living room as i have spent a lot in it. The TV has Netflix and youtube which is great for a movie night. Also, the kitchen is filled with everything you need from cooking utensils to pans if you need to cook. The only thing i noticed was missing is the eating utensils. Also the location is amazing, it’s quite close to Manar Mall, RAK Mall, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. Everything you need is close by and under the residential tower there is a supermarket which is a plus. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we might consider coming again!

The only con is that it needs a bit of cleaning otherwise everything was alright!

Best place to live with family and friends awesome location and views are exceptional. Huge gym and clean pool. Quick and easy check-in checkout procedure. Clean and fully furnished apartment with all basic amentias and surprisingly huge flat screen tv with Netflix and Chrome Cast.
